Half day trip to Cayo Costa. Crew was great, boat was clean and the beach was fantastic. Be aware they do not help you on & off the boat, there are no hand rails and it can be tricky.

We had a sunset cruise scheduled-- which for September can be kinda iffy and just before we were to leave, a big storm kicked up. The crew of the Santiva was really helpful in making a quick decision not to go or to delay the cruise to see if the storm blew over. I felt like they had our best interests in mind. They refunded our money that night. Then, a couple days later -- on a beautiful Friday -- we drove to Captiva again to take their lunch at Useppa Island cruise. It was wonderful! The crew was interesting and fun - they pointed out lots of animals and fish - dolphins, manta ray, osprey, cormorants, pelicans, etc. and they also had great information about some of the islands we passed by like the old fishing houses, and the island "off the grid." They dropped off a group of people at Cabbage Key and another at Useppa Island. We thoroughly enjoyed Useppa and have reviewed that separately. Kuddos to the crew of Captiva Cruises!!
