There is not information about boarding times. My family; wife and two kids 7 and 11 arrived with five minutes to spare only to find that everyone was waiting on us. If the boarding time had been posted, I would have been prompt. I do not like being late to anything! The captain tripped over his words at least a dozen times and made annoying repetitive sounds each time. Very unprofessional and I got the idea that this may have been the result of a his choice of beverage. I came to that conclusion because he referenced alchohol at least a half dozen times during the trip. The first mate was kind, attentive to the children on board and did her job well. She was answering a question one of the children had softly at the front of the boat. The captain, called her out and asked what was going on. When the first mate told him what she was telling the young child, he asked her if she wanted the microphone? Then he began to talk to some of the guys in the back about how if she wanted to be the captain, she could give him a day off. The captain referred to his first mate by her name, Sarah about have the time the rest of the time he called her sweetie. This report is being made by a father of a young lady and I felt that it was way out of line. We were not able to see manatees, that is cool, I can live with that. I drove to Titusville and saw dozens of them for free and had a nice shrimp meal and watched a Space X rocket take off from Kennedy Park. Much nicer day for my family than the $120 dollars I spent on this for my family. Will not use this company again. I work in marketing and production. Here are a few ideas other than the obvious ones that can be fixed by personal changes. When you do not see manatees or dolphins, work out a deal with J.B. Fish Camp. I mean you are returning the 3:30 voyage guest at dinner time. See if you can get a 20% discount on the meal. No less than 15%. Only 10% is a joke, I mean you expect us to tip between 15% and 20% for service, right? There is apparently no deal worked out for anything like that. It would give the customer the idea that Turtle Mound River Tours takes care of thier client base. It softens the blow for those who have spent 120 with expectations of a wonderful experience. However, even if they offered a discount at J.B. Fish Camp, I would have left. Once I left the boat, I could not get out of there fast enough.
