AVOID THIS PLACE! If I could give a “0” rating I would. The store owner (or son of the owner) was a complete moron. Yelled at my wife for lowering her mask, while she was trying on a pair of sunglasses and a hat. She was about 30 ft away from the moron, with no one but myself in the store. She put back on her mask, but I guess it wasn’t good enough. He demanded that we leave the store immediately. Telling us our kind wasn’t welcome here. Wonder what he meant by that! We had about $200 in merchandise in our hands, but it all hit the floor after his rant. Lots of other choices on the beach. Karma’s a you know what.

Was going to buy a bunch of shirts for friends home. Apparently I wasn’t wearing my mask properly according to them. Was told to f****** leave by owner and yelled at by string bean behind counter. Can’t believe they’re in business still.

Beware! Do not shop here! Shop owner cussed my wife out when she lifted her mask to scratch her face when she, my daughter, and myself were the only ones in his shop. He screamed at us to get out of his shop and told my wife to F* off, saying that she insulted him when she said nothing. All of us were pretty shaken up.
The shopping center owners need to do something about their tenant because it makes them look bad to keep him open to terrorize customers.
On the bright side, we went next door to an ice cream shop where the owner was extremely friendly and restored my faith that customer service hasn’t died in the pandemic.

DO NOT SHOP THIS STORE! I repeat DO NOT GO IN THIS STORE. My husband and I were the only ones in the store looking about and I had my mask to my chin and the clerk said I needed to put my mask on. There was nobody in the store except him. I said you are way over there, and there is nobody else in the store. He said you need to leave- we dont want you in here. So we left our purchases and left. What a rude schmuck!!! I am going after this store with the BBB. With all the bad reviews, this store needs to be closed. I feel so violated. This shouldnt happen to another human.

Rude! This is my 1st time leaving a bad review on Tripadvisor. We were looking for a "shark bite" shirt, he did have a few that were size Small. When we asked him about other choices and it was as if we insulted his mother? Then every other conversation with him was frustrating. We won't be visiting him again.

The man is this store is awful!!! I’ve never been treated so rudely in al my years of shopping! There’s no room to move around in the store and I had laid my swimsuit down trying to match a top and he came by and snatched them up, when I told him I was trying to find the matching top, he scolded me for laying them around.

This is the most unfriendly and rude shop in New Smyrna Beach. Do NOT shop there. As soon as my husband and I walked in the door, the owner was staring at us and treated us like criminals. He didn't say hello, goodbye, thanks for coming, nothing. We were followed around the store but not asked if they could help us find anything. The prices are WAY too high...so much for an outlet..Needless to say, we felt SO uncomfortable that we left without buying anything and will never go back.Save your money and drive up 44 to Bealls outlet for better prices and customer service. This place needs to go out of business! It is a poor representation of the community

We've stopped here a few times for t-shirts and such. It's a typical dime a dozen tourist trap shop with cheap shirts and swimwear.
