Prepare to pay for parking in lot or on the beach. Can walk to all of the shops. Most shops are unique and nice. One corner shop full of standard souvenirs. If you drive on beach, can drive North to Ponce Inlet.

We don’t know about the beach, but the street is very touristy and busy with the typical tourist traps. We live in Fort Lauderdale and try to avoid streets like this. Very crowded and narrow and local t shirt shops. Not cheap.

Parking is at a premium, so if you find a spot, grab it! Several nice blocks of wonderful shops and restaurants ! At the end of Flagler Avenue there is beach access by foot or by car. Lovely area!
