We visited several other indoor play parks in Naples, and by far whiz kids was the best experience !!! Our three year old granddaughter absolutely loved it, they had a variety of different activities that kept her busy for several hours. They had a huge bouncy slide, another bouncy house with all kinds of tunnels and slides in it that she thoroughly enjoyed. Several other activities including a climbing wall, play kitchen area etc... also there was a lot of adult supervision at whiz kids, they actually encourage you to play along with your children and supervise them. Some of the other indoor parks will not allow adults into the children's zone therefore it leads to a lot of the older children pushing around the younger kids. Our granddaughter looks forward to going to whiz kids , she always leaves there having a great time!!!

Just want to say how great it was having Miss Shirley as a tutor this summer for my son. He definitely avoided the summer slump thanks to her. Having one on one sessions once a week was a game changer. He is much more confident entering this school year. Thank you Miss Shirley.

I was asked to pay money upfront for the summer camp before being given the application and unaware of any cancellation policy. I attempted to cancel for unforeseen circumstances and they refused to refund me even though I wasn't made aware of their cancellation policy and never signed anything agreeing to it. Very disappointing way to handle a simple situation.

My kids LOVE Whiz Kids!!! My 12 year old says she could literally spend ALL day there! My kids have been going there since opening day & I love the way that the owner keeps the facility clean & is always updating the equipment & activities!! Each visit provides something fun, fresh & new, that stimulates my children's minds &/or provides physical stimulation.

I have had multiple passes to this location and have taken music together classes here as well. My son spotted a bug on the floor and when i informed the owner she walked out with a huge can of RAID bug spray and was going to use RAID on the rug and toys where the kids play. Luckily the other owner whom she handed the can to did not use the Raid and hopefully realized what a poor choice this was . Is RAID bug spray really an appropriate choice to use on a rug and toys children play on? Its unfortunate because we really like coming here but after seeing that I will never return. (Business 101)

We appreciate your concern. We are absolutely aware of the dangers of chemicals in general, and even more so because we are parents ourselves and are very cautious of what we expose our own children to and others. Having the spray is just a precaution, and would never have been used on surfaces children come into contact with. That is exactly why once we realized where the bug was, the spray was not used. We actually sanitized the area a little extra that afternoon, with an all natural cleaner that we use on all toys and equipment, simply because there was a bug in the first place! As you've been coming here for awhile, I'm sure you can attest to how clean our facility is, as customers comment on it often. I hope that clarifies the situation and please let us know if you have any other concerns we can address.
