Visited with a few friends for their soft opening this evening. There is a toddlers area and areas for parents. They have birthday party options and group rates. There didn't seem to be many kinks to work out. Glad to see more to do in town with children!!

My kids ages 10, 7 and 2 love Bounce! I had a great time jumping with my 2 year old at toddler time. I bring my 10 and 7 year old to open bounce.

Went into Bounce Naples for their signature Glow Bounce Night this friday night. In the past I had had good experiences with this company and their idea, but unfortunately, this was not one of those experiences. Upon entering Glow Bounce, I was greeted by incredibly long lines and a disagreeable price tag, but decided with my friend to deal with the displeasure, as we had already put forth the effort to make it out to the location. We first waited in line for the main trampoline area, and after waiting in anticipation for about 15 minutes, we were allowed in to the trampolines, only to be thrown out quite rudely after the same amount of time as the wait: 15 minutes. My friend and I then decided to try our luck at the dodgeball court, but were both saddened to see it filled with large, sweaty, meatheads, and in addition, a quite large line. Noticing of a continuing theme emerging from our visit (long lines), we both looked for a way to escape these atrocious conditions and find a way to jump on trampolines and have a good time. We found a sort of oasis in Bounce in the form of a smaller trampoline area with absolutely no lines at all and a very small crowd. Believing we had then struck it rich, my friend and I made a beeline toward it. We jumped on the trampolines there for about five minutes when we were then attacked by the employees of the establishment. Obviously not having any degree of customer service knowledge, we were immediately berated and whistled at to the point of embarrassment. Unbeknownst to the two of us, we must have stepped foot upon the Fort Knox area of the gym, and we were told that the area was off limits only after being mobbed by this flurry of teens. A "manager" told us this, and after questioning why it was off limits he accused us of "giving him lip" and then threatened to kick us out. Ultimately, I can call this one of the worst commercial experiences that I have ever had, and I have made a tripadvisor account just to tell of this unfortunate catastrophe. Initially, I thought that Naples finally had a quality place for young people to have a good time, but I am saddened to tell that this is not the case. The only reason I am giving two stars is for my comparatively good experience previously. In summation, poor customer service coupled with lackluster crowd control makes for a very unhappy customer.

It started out ok until the owner's kid and friend arrived. Then the staff catered to the owner's son and not the paying customers. So it was the owner's son and friend against everyone else in do dodgeball. Interesting how business operate these days...

Thank you for a great day! My son was so happy....and tired 😄 I highly recommend people to visit this place. Clean, GREAT SERVICE and an environment which was fun for both 4 year old kid and 47 year old kid 😉 We will definitely come back again! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The lockers didn’t cost anything like most places. I also recommend parents to not just watch when the kids are playing, but to join them. It was so much fun! A parent even told me “ you look like you are having way too much fun!” Is that possible? 🤪

We live in a place where there is nothing like this. I took my son here to bounce a few times while we were visiting Naples. In August the temperature outside is clear into the 90s so an inside activity is sometimes the best idea.
The facility was clean and neat and we were there during a weekday so it was not crowded. They have a separate area exclusively for smaller children which was nice. My son spent most of his time playing dodgeball with other kids. There was always a staff member on hand to referee the game and a few of them participated when there were not enough players.
There is a main area with many trampolines all together. The sign said it was for ages 7 and up and it did have a height restriction. There was another area to the right with a foam pit. That looked neat too (I didn't try it but my son did).
Next to the dodgeball area were two trampolines with basketball hoops. This was neat but for smaller kids they might not be able to actually bounce high enough to get the ball in the hoop.
There were lockers available for your belongings and cubbys for shoes if that's all you had. Out front were comfortable chairs for the adults and there was both live television and tv monitors of all the trampoline areas. There is a small snack stand with drinks and snacks for a reasonable price.
They require you to fill out and sign a waiver plus initially you need to purchase socks that you can reuse at the facility if you decide to return at a later date.
For my 8 year old, an hour session was good but the best value seemed to be 1 1/2 hours.

We came for the Toddler time that was advertised earlier this week. Found out when we got there they had changed hours and prices.
We were forwarded to a woman named Analiese who was not friendly or helpful. She actually turned us off from the whole venue. Not the type of person you want running the place. We would assume they would honor the price we had seen and the reason why we had come. She couldn't have cared less.
And we were told we had to pay full price and that there was the chance bigger kids could come in and toddlers would be restricted to one area. Why would we pay full price for that? For 2 adults and a child it would've been $44/hour instead of the $28 we were expecting to pay.
As a family with a 2 year old, we left and were disappointed with the whole experience. Will NOT be recommending Bounce to friends.

I'm a 38 year old mom with a 14 and an 8 year old. I have been to other parks and this one is the CLEANEST I have been to. However the price is a bit much. For an hour, for two kids it's 32 dollars. As a one time trip it isn't bad, but when you live locally it gets to be pretty pricey. My kids love it and I love for them to stay active. I know on Wednesdays they have half price, but we found there aren't many kids who go, so we tend to go on the weekends.
I think maybe a price reduction or a season pass would be the most economical.
