I found this museum to have a very eclectic and visually interesting presentation of The Holocaust. There are unique artifacts, engaging photos and informative graphics and exhibits. I particularly enjoyed our wonderful docent tour by the very knowledgeable guide named Bailey. She led our group through the museum with great passion and highlighted many parts of the collection, shedding new light on a history that I know all too well. Great job Bailey!

We need to understand the past to forge a future. This museum gives you the history needed to understand true evil and how people can be manipulated into a fake reality.

We arrived a bit late and the docent had already begun but the info he gave was very informative especially regarding the war itself. It is definitely a must see when you're in Naples. I bought a cookbook by the Holocaust Survivors and I love it! Don't miss this hidden gem in Naples.

Museum does a great job telling the story of the holocaust. They exhibits provide a lot of details and the docent tours help bring more details to the museum and its mission.

We had a very informative and moving experience at the Naples Holocaust museum. Our museum docent Ron provided a very detailed and interesting account of the history and leading personalities of the time leading to the Holocaust. He held my attention the entire hour and a half. Less information was provided about the camps themselves but this information is available in the museum displays. The museum facility is small but the exhibits are first class. We were glad that we took the time to visit.

I have been to several Holocaust museums in the US and can honestly say that this was one of the best and moving experiences I have ever had. Though the museum is small by museum standards, the docent, Stuart, really raised the experience and brought it to life. His own story of his parents weaved throughout the presentation helped to shape and personalize the horrors and tragedies of the holocaust and even brought some in the audience to tears. It was a wonderfully done linear history from World War I through the 1950s, very informative with plenty of time for Q & A. I highly recommend the docent-led tour rather than just viewing the museum exhibits on your own. This went way beyond my expectations.

Excellent docent who set the stage with a year by year review of the run up to the war and the steps taken toward the Final Solution. A sobering message to remember.

Call ahead for reservation in high season to get on a tour. The guy who did our tour was terrific and knowledgable. If we don't know history it will repeat. Every American needs to know as much as they can about the Holocaust. They have a lot of information and plan to spend a couple hours reading. Lots of donations from locals.

Visited the Holocaust museum during our vacation. It was very awing and informational. We did the walk thru tour and not with a guide. A bunch of artifacts were donating and we generally learned a lot. I recommend for those history folks who love to read and learn. Wouldn't recommend young kids. There are guided tours and voice recorded offered as well. It was $15 per person. Took us about an hour a half to look through everything.

We live in an era of untruth coming from all directions so it is very important to prove in words and pictures what humankind is capable of. This small but interesting museum provides proof of the evil committed by the Nazi regime. Those monsters were defeated by the valiant effort of so many and we must always remain on our guard against fascism and hate.

Unfortunately, we do not have the audio tour in Spanish, nor a Spanish-speaking docent at this time.

Would this museum be appropriate for a 6 year old? I would like her to know about the Holocaust itself but some of the details might be a little to much for her at this age. Anyone have experience with taking children under 10?
Thanks for your help!

To wander around might be ok for a 6 year old, but definitely too young for the regular tour. Even the best behaved gradeschooler would have a very hard time sitting/standing quietly for length of tour.
