Much more than a walk-thru zoo, this historic tropical garden and nationally accredited zoo features a full day of wildlife experiences to delight guests with the natural world to inspire the conservation of our planet's remaining wild areas and their wondrous inhabitants.

Discover the wonders of South America featuring a Giant anteater, Cotton-top tamarins, and more. Get wildly close to the Malayan tigers at viewing windows. Hand-feed the herd of giraffe plus enjoy your favorite animals like lions, monkeys, and bears. Naples Zoo is one of only four zoos in the nation to feature the fierce YouTube-favorites: African honey badgers. Plus discover rarely seen species including Malagasy fosas and 2 of less than 20 striped hyenas in the nation.

Ask those questions you've always wondered about at the Meet the Keeper Series. Be fascinated by rare creatures during premier wildlife shows. Cruise through islands of monkeys, lemurs, and apes. Watch our professional staff hand-feed American alligators while dispelling popular myths. Snap great photos and learn the facts behind the fiction at a venomous snake talk. It's wild fun from apes to zebras.

Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens is a nonprofit organization cooperating in conservation programs both in and outside the wild for endangered species. The zoo is nationally accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, the organization that sets the highest standards for wildlife care, education, and conservation. The garden also holds accreditation by The Morton Register of Arboreta and is a member of the American Public Gardens Association.

Took our 2 year old grandson and had a great day! He loved all the animals and the playground too. The monkey island tour and feeding the giraffe was the highlight! Well worth the price and it all goes to a great cause.

We live in Columbus, OH - home of one of THE best zoos in the country (and Jack Hanna - THE greatest zoo director and frequent guest on David Letterman). Needless to say our zoo expectations are tough to beat. For a smaller zoo, this place PACKS IT IN. Camel rides, giraffe feedings, a boat ride to see Lemur Island...... More

This is not like a big city Zoo, but it is very nice and well laid out. The people that work there are very knowledgeable about the animals and always willing to give information. I suggest following the schedule for the different shows to get the best experience. The Monkey Island Cruise was pretty cool and lasts about 10-15 minutes.... More

This is a small zoo that do not have too many animals but the money raised by the zoo goes towards conservation projects around the globe. The zoo has great walkways through lush vegetation and plants. The staff are very passionate and knowledgable about the animals they care for. The young lady who gave the talk about UNO the blind... Knowledgable enthusiastic keepers make this an excellent day out. The zoo is quite small in area but you can get quite close to the animals. They offer meet the keeper sessions throughout the day who deliver short informative talks on the anmals they care for and answer questions you have. Dont miss feeding the giraffes!! $5 well spent!

We spent about 4 hours here on a Saturday morning with our kids = 2 & 3 years old. I don't know how anyone could rate this zoo with a "terrible" rating. The grounds and exhibits are really presented in a really nice way, with the walking paths going in and out and around of all the trees and plants.... More

Get ready for a lot of walking. This zoo is O.K. but don't expect too much. The most interesting feature are the giraffes which you are encouraged to feed. The gift shop is overpriced.

We frequent the St Louis zoo so we know a good zoo. The Naples Zoo is much smaller than STL but it is one of our new favorites! First, the scenery is very tropical and beautiful. The monkey cruise was closed during our visit as they were searching for the missing gibbon that they unfortunately found dead the next day.... More

We spent an afternoon at the zoo & we enjoyed all the animals & the exploring. We took the boat tour to see the monkeys! That was fun! Some were more social than others! :) The giraffes....just wow! We were so impressed with how close you could actually get to them. Had to have a t-shirt & magnet of course!... More
