The variety of stores is different. Not a mall experience. Clothing, food and gift items top quality and well worth a walk-a-round. Even living nearby, I love these shops for setting up my own home and for all my gifting opportunities.

Seems a more younger crowd here. Nighttime activity is better than 5th St. Many different groups, bands, and singers. Restaurants better also. Parking is also a problem here.

There are many stores and nice restaurants. It's a very nice area with many things to see and buy. It's a trendy and elegant, nice place to walk around.

This is one of the gems in Naples. It is a lovely area to stroll, have a wonderful meal, shop, and then walk to the pier. Saturdays there is a market that offers a nice variety of vendors.

As a Naples resident, while my wife and I love 5th Avenue, we do on occasion venture South a few blocks to 3rd Avenue. There are numerous unique shops, clothing, galleries and of course restaurants, to be perfectly honest with those of you reading this,...More

To follow-up, I noticed the one individual (Realtor) did mention the "Trianon Hotel". Again, very nice, rather unknown place in town. More interestingly, the guy "Mike" gave you the "great tip" (which I failed to read... More
