Bring the family yourself or your lover and either way you will have a great time.. Very rich down there with that it's very expensive shops and eateries . I usually go to Mercato at the Strand. They have more choices to eat and drink at from cheap to expensive. As to where Third and Fifth Ave. is expensive at... More

We stopped in a few shops after visiting the Farmers Market. It is clean, quiet, and friendly. Great lunch restaurants with much lower prices than we expected for the lunch specials. parking was easy. there were spaces on the street and in a large lot behind Tommy Bahamas. I liked the all the planters on the sidewalks and little courtyard... More

There's no place else like this in Naples, that is for sure. This is the area where Naples was founded back in the day. There are still some original buildings, and the area is just gorgeous. The streets are beautifully done with flowers and plantings. The shops are inviting. The restaurants are some of the best in town. It's worth... More

There is hardly anything of interest here! A couple shops and some restaurants, but not really worth the excursion. The walk is pleasant and near the pier, but if you want to shop, this is not the place.

While the palm lined streets and avenues are beautiful and the shops very pretty this is the only reason for the two stars, the shops are ridiculously expensive, I can appreciate you have to pay a little more for nice surroundings but the prices were unbelievable, not really a place to shop but good for people watching, no one was buying,... you dont want to eat at 3rd st cafe, the food is not fresh, in other words they keep using the same food day after day until they have to cook fresh. that could be 4 day old chicken or burgers or fish. do yourself a favor eat somewhere else.

Similar to Fifth South, perhaps more luxurious. Stop at the Concierge Booth for tourist info. Lots of shops and restaurants.

I've lived in Naples 15 years and the amount of timed I've visited 3rd Street South is probably in the single digits. It's just a little out of the way for me and so I don't go unless there is an event to draw me there. Every Christmas there the Tree Lighting ceremony. The close the streets and vendors, carolers,... I'm probably a very hard to please audience, but I was not impressed with this very, very short street section. It has restaurants, galleries and high end boutiques as well. I thought it was just fine. It is a mix of Miami with St. Petersburg, but quieter.

When we are in Naples, we always plan a visit to Third Street South. Great little shops and restaurants, easy parking and just a fun place to stroll around. Lots of little boutique shops.
