We had a group of 8 fifty-somethings with varying levels of experience kayaking and we all had a great time. The waterway was lovely, we saw lots of different birds and seeing some of the expensive homes on the water was a treat. They were so accommodating to make sure each kayak was a perfect fit.

This was our first time trying Stand Up Paddleboard and I told the tour guide, Enriquez , just that. He was very informative, went over the instruction and technique carefully, then he helped us into the water. He oared slowly and watched us one by one, making sure that we can steer clear of the mangrove. We all loved it, actually preferred this over kayaking which was hard on the back and legs because of the sitting position. Standing up was actually most ergonomic. Highly recommended this company! Will do this again.

Wonderful outting and excellent company. Would definitely recommend and book again. Great setting, environmental commentary, and kayaking experience. Perfect way to get to know about mangroves, Florida ecology, and conservation.

The owner went out of her way and delivered to our house early and let us keep them a little longer as we were tight on time meeting her. She picked up at the house as well, super friendly and simply a very gracious company.

We booked online, we received an email to call and when we did the employee asked us where we wanted the paddle boards to be dropped off. Since we are tourists and just in town for a few days, we asked her which place would be the best for paddle boarding today. She said close to the pier so we met there at the parking lot. She unloaded the boards from the pick up truck and left without saying much. We walked the boards to the sea but the waves where too many and too high so it was impossible to stand up on the boards for more than a few seconds before being thrown off. There were waves also further up sea so there was no calm area to be found. We tried for half an hour but gave up since it was useless. It is a shame because there are so many calm inland waterplaces around Naples where we could have used the paddle boards easily without a problem. Earlier that day we went on a jetskiing tour and staid on inland waters because the guide informed us the sea was too rough. Also, there were no other boards out at sea, a clear sign I would say. We had no choice but to stay there and wait for the employee to come back after 2 hours since she took are bag with our stuff with her as we did not to leave it unattended at the beach. She came back, asked how we liked it and when she said the seas was too rough, all she said was "what a bummer" and that's it.
We walked the boards back and put them back in the pick up truck and she left without another word. Hence, total disinterest in the client which resulted in a completely failed experience. Total waste of time and money.

Our grandson, aged 13 1/2 really enjoyed his week paddle boarding, kayaking and having fun with other kids on the water and beach. He was thrilled with seeing manatee's, tarpon, snook, ray's, sand dollars to name just a few creatures spotted daily.

Thank you for bringing your grandson to our camp, it was a pleasure to have him there and he was awesome, we hope he will come back to the camp soon .

My friends and I were looking for something fun to do while we were vacationing in Naples this month. We found this company online and decided to call for pricing. We were blown away by their reasonable rates. When we stopped by their storefront, we learned this is a family ran business. The owners were so friendly. The wife (a lovely English woman) delivered the boards to the beach for free and gave us a quick lesson on how to paddle board. We had such a blast! The husband had explained that he is a kite boarding instructor and gives lessons with his son. We plan on trying that the next time we are in Naples! Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone (:

Saw the Summer Special pricing for a tandem kayak from Naples Paddleboard so jumped at the opportunity to spend a day on the gulf. Found the store no problem and I was directed to drive around back. Wasn't exactly sure where that was, but found it no problem. The attendant could not grab my credit card fast enough and went running back into the shop. I paid for the kayak via my credit card (though he really wanted cash!) and he threw it on top of my van. I had to secure it myself, though he did lend me some tie downs.
Took the kayak to Lowdermilk Beach. The kayak was older and pretty dirty. I gave it a quick rinse and was off. Only to find out that a carabiner was missing and one was broken, so the chair would not provide any back support. I was able to tie it down so it was okay, but hardly ideal. At the end of the day, I returned the kayak. Again, no help getting the tie downs off. When I told him the carabiner was broken (it was old and rusty), he looked at me, like he thought I broke it. For the price, it is a cheap day on the gulf. The kayak, if the chair was not broken, was serviceable. But overall the experience was less than satisfying due to the poor service. Their website says "Best Service, Best Rates, Best Reputation in Town", but this traveller must disagree. I have had much better service at another shop located just around the corner. I would try again....maybe just a bad day, but was not left with a good impression.

This was so fun! We met them at the back of the Naples Zoo, and got right onto the paddle boards. They were friendly, fun, and the river was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling solo, with a significant other, or with family.

Fantastic experience! Saw crabs, dolphins, starfish, fish, great tome and good exercise too if you want to exert yourself, but you don't have to!!
