One of the nicer botanical gardens I've been to - very quiet and extra paths thru wetland area - don't feed the alligators! Everything nice and neat and no workers driving around in golf carts visible. Very unique cafe as well, good stuff to eat.

We absolutely loved our time spent here. There was a Japanese flavor, as this was a special theme. Origami sculptures abounded and there was even a Japanese flower arranging exhibit. The many varied plants captivated us as we viewed a tropical paradise

Trees and plants from each continent and region. Beautiful, diverse and impressive. Interesting as well as fun. Minimum 1 hour, better 2 hours for a proper visit. 10 minutes from downtown

Very unlikely. In fact, I'm sure not. They have there own annual memberships and they're not reciprocal with other botanical gardens. The entry fee is reasonable enough though.

If you take your time and take photo's and stroll along it could take 3 hours..although it has been raining here at least once every day....either go early or mid day.. enjoy the day.
