I used a-rrive Transportation to take my spouse and I from Bonita Spring to the Miami Cruise Port and we could not have been more pleased. From the moment of my first call to book the trip till our drop off at the ship their service was impeccable. Carmine arrive right on time and was not only personable and very professional but also a very careful and attentive driver. Despite some very heavy rain during our trip we felt very safe and secure. Pick up from the airport was awesome! It was very busy and hectic. Driver was in contact well in advance and I knew right where to meet him. He was cordial and the drive to Naples was smooth and scenic. Highly recommend a-arrive services.

A-rrive provided spectacular service. We live in Bonita Springs and used them for drop and pick up at RSW. They arrived on time for pick up. The vehicle was clean and the driver was professional and helpful. Our flight was delayed several times due to the IT download disaster which affected our returning Delta flight. This company was extremely understanding and reassured us that they would be available for pick up when we were able to return. Hands down best car service we have ever used!!

Carmine was our driver. He’s a great driver and an awesome person. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We use Arrive whenever we need a car to pick us up or take us to the airport. They are reliable and the drivers are always great.

So grateful for this amazing company! Mike and team saved the day by picking up our daughter and granddaughter late at night from the Punta Gorda airport when everyone else who would normally do this was on vacation! Knowing our concern for a young adult and small child traveling alone, late in the evening, they included me, as mom/grandma, in the communication to ensure my peace of mind as well. Mike was waiting for them when they landed and delivered them safely to their destination. I’d use them again and HIGHLY recommend! They treat you like family!
