- Georgi Y10 contributionsIt wasn't bad for 3-4 daysWe visited Naples with my spouse (both 48 years old) and another couple in their 60. It's a bit bored but was nice to leave Chicago during the winter. Unfortunately, was way too cold for us during that time of the year. The temperature was 52-55 in the morning and 65-67 during the days with wind. We didn't have a chance to go to the beach. We visited downtown Naples, couple coffee shops and outdoor malls. It wasn't bad for 3-4 days, but a week would be too much.Visited January 2024Traveled with friendsWritten February 1, 2024
- Jason WadeLincoln, United Kingdom119 contributionsQuirky Shopping experienceWe visited Tin City after reading great reviews and I’m pleased we did. There are lots of small shops and eating places and they were all very interesting, and I would recommend a visit just to have a lazy stroll. We had Ice Cream at M and M’s cafe which was a highlight and I would recommend everybody go. There is also lots of free parking.Visited May 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten April 30, 2024
- armin h298 contributionsA nice interesting place with great restaurants...Tin City is just fun, like everywhere else in Florida, there are mostly shops selling T-shirts and other tourist rip-offs... But if you look closely, you'll also find shops with interesting items. The restaurants in Tin City are recommended... We'll be back..Visited June 2024Traveled with familyWritten June 2, 2024
- Stephanie HWarrensburg, Illinois39 contributionsFun and interesting placeWe spent a few hours here and thought it was a really fun place. So many unique shops with fun souvenirs to bring home. I wish we wouldn’t have waited until our last day because we could have easily spent more time here.Visited July 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten July 13, 2024

We went to Tin City in Naples for lunch. The lunch was very good at Riverwalk. The shops are a joke. Cheap, touristy crap. But, my far bigger complain is that 99% of the shops asked you to wear a mask to come in their store. Perfect. But 99% of the shop staff were NOT wearing masks. I refused to go in any shop that they shop employees or owners will not even do what they ask their patron to do. BIG MISTAKE, HUGE. I will not be back, pandemic or beyond.

What a cool place ... restaurants, shops & activities. We'll definitely return to Tin City on our next trip to SW Florida. My favorites were "Docks by Jen," an art experience where budding artists of all ages can receive inspiration and guidance as they create their own artwork, or select local art created by Jen. We had Jen personalize one of her "dock" scenes for us and it is the coolest thing ever. Also, visit "Ulli’s Bitz of Glitz" for some of the most unusual tee-shirts anywhere, and the M&M Cafe for the best Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream anywhere this side of Ben & Jerry's factory in northern Vermont.

It's nice to stroll through all little shops in one place, but the pricing was a bit high. I get it, they have to make money, but I didn't buy anything because of the pricing and a lot of it is stuff you see in beach shops all over the place. There were a few unique shops hidden in there, but you had to look through quite a bit to find them. I would say go, but watch the pricing.

I always visit Tin city when my family comes to town. We get an ice cream everytime we walk in. We usually eat at Pinchers also for lunch. We love the shops and Naple touristy souvenirs. My kids always get a stuffed animal from the shell store across from the ice cream place inside. We also love strolling through the art gallery in the back corner of tin city. They have some beautiful pieces by Naple natives. My favorite artist in there is Sherri Ortega and her glass beach art. I also like the African safari animals made out of palm tree leaves by another artist. It's worth checking out. There is a candle making store that is amazing as well. And of course, there is a small boutique past the hair salon that has hand made animals from people around the world. The owner of the shop donates proceeds from purchasing these animals to the people in those villages and towns. I always buy a figurine from her when I come. Tin city is a staple here in Naples. It's worth a walk through.

Had lunch on a Sunday here with friends. While dining we saw manatee & many dolphins right over the edge of dock. Food was very good and they offered a few specials too. We enjoyed the Bloody Mary bar and the crab claw appetizer. Steamed shrimp and Groupon were also very good. They can get very busy, but we got lucky and had a waterside table to enjoy our lunch with an awesome view. Staff was very efficient and courteous - Tin city itself has some cute shops and tour possibilities available.

Busy place this time of the year! Flea market style stores with lots of attractive and sometimes unusual items made walking through all three buildings very pleasurable. We liked also the area of Riverwalk. Many fishing and dolphin watching boats depart from here. Dockside Boardwalk with fun shops and dining opportunities is quite attractive. Lots of people enjoying every aspect of it. Open air eating opportunity is always appealing this time of the year in Naples.
There is some parking close-by but likely one cannot count on any openings. We went to Tin City Park and Walk lot - it was busy as well - found a place and walked to Tin City.

We were here years ago for a casual meal on the water. The restaurants were nothing special, lines were long but it’s pretty & scenic.
Today we wandered in and it looked pretty sad. Overpriced tourist items and very very few people wearing masks.

Nothing but tourist shops with items made in China... definitely not local artists. Why buy a Naples souvenir that was made in Asia? Our teen daughter thought old people may like it... we're old & we didn't!

My 10 year-old twins enjoyed the halls of the shops after dinner, and we found enough unique items to bring some fun things home. For some reason, the shops reminded me of a tiny corner of Seattle shops - I say tiny because there were a fraction of the number in Seattle. Fun thing to do after dinner at Pinchers, especially since it was quite chilly. I would only do the shops again because I would dine at Pinchers again - I would not go there just for "Tin City".

Tin City is a bit out of place in Naples, as it is not a super upscale place. It is a good touristy spot with art stores, some waterfront bars, and souvenir shops. The main attraction IMO is the Naples Winery, which is reviewed separately. If you have and hour or so to walk around and shop, it's a nice stop.

Lots of seafood restuarants that were busy. People told me how good they were but as I don't eat seafood I didn't venture in. If you like fish, prawns, crab then go for it!
