I always call for Carmen when I've pushed my body to the limit. She is not only a massage genius but also very accommodating with your last minute needs. No need to explain your problems to her... Just get comfortable and she will always find the culprit of stress and then extinguish your troubles! I have tried many massage and therapy treatments over the years but nothing has ever helped me more than Healthy Alternatives wellness spa!

I took my two daughters to Healthy Alternatives this morning to celebrate my oldest daughter's fortieth birthday. What a pleasure it was! We were treated royally from the moment we arrived. Valerie and Carmen made sure that we were comfortable, relaxed and pampered. We had facials and body scrubs. Elizabeth, the owner, even called me on the way home to be sure we were satisfied with the services. We will definitely go again!

My husband and I were delighted that this spa made special arrangements for us to have a couples massage late in the afternoon. Both massage therapists were warm and inviting and gave incredible massages.

She was able to relax my back muscle after a week of my being in pain. What a miracle worker! Better than a cortisone shot.

This spa focusses on your special needs and they have many options for you to rid yourself of the stresses of life! From the facials to the hot stone massages, I have learned to take care of my health with their services. It is beautiful, relaxing and very professional. Give yourself and your special friends a treat soon!

This spa is the right choice if you want to remove your stress. I can tell based on my own experience. I come here twice a month for a complete body massage and wow! it really relieves my muscle pain from my daily activities. This is also a great place for a relaxing facial massage. It's worth the time and money spent.

Wow !!! Wonderful experience!! I needed a last minute massage desperately and HELATHY ALTERNATIVES were able to accommodate me immediately! I called several other locations in town who were impersonal and didn't even try to help me, but the staff at Healthy Alternatives were very friendly and arranged their schedule to accommodate my needs. Thank you to all the staff and owners, I will definitely be back soon!

Getting my deep tissue massage done at Healthy Alternatives Day Spa is always a smart move. Their therapist are knowledgeable of techniques to meet my body's need to loosen up as to relieve aches and pains. They always paint a smile to my face after my session. Til next time - more power to all of you!

I have been to this spa many times, we even celebrated our birthdays there with friends. We always have the best and most relaxing time. The owners are very accommodating and will go extra mile for you. The place is clean, the ambiance is calming , warm and cozy. The moment you walk in.. you will smell that Soothing smell of scented candles, the your whole body starts to relax then you know you are in for a great treat. It is highly recommended.
