Communication with staff (over phone and on site) was easy. Everyone is very friendly, wanting to help, and willing to share their knowledge. The river was litter free and beautiful. What stands out the most to me is the care put into the cabins. Each detail shows how sensitive you are to any possible needs of your guests. Just simple things like having paper towels and dish soap to the grill utensils all made our experience more positive. Providing shampoo, air conditioning, a fire place for winter, a cork screw and wine glasses, screened in porch, and traditional Florida rocking chairs exceeds my expectations for a rustic cabin. It was clean and fresh. The fire pit was raked and ready to use. It is very difficult to balance using the natural environment for a business, yet keeping it healthy for nature. Adventures Unlimited is a successful example of this balance.…

The room was not clean. The sheets had not been changed. The glass drinking cups were still wet when we arrived. The blinds covering the window in door were broken with several gaps where anyone could look in.

Adventures Unlimited provided our rental canoe and shuttle. The paddle down the river ended at the resort, very convenient. The staff was friendly. The equipment was in good condition. The river - amazingly beautiful! We were first out and had the river to ourselves. Clear cold water and nature at its finest. We didn’t do the zip line, but the course looked really good with a long zip over the river. We will be back…

We wanted to book a little getaway and came across Adventures Unlimited. Let me tell you, it was well worth it! We were a bit concerned with the cold weather coming through but I can assure you, the 2 space heaters that were in the cabin did the job! We stayed in the Azalea cabin and it was pretty private with a charcoal grill and a fire pit. When you walk into the cabin, you have a screened in porch, a futon bed along with a kitchen area. The kitchen had a stove (no oven), a microwave and a mini fridge/freezer (pretty decent size). The kitchen also had cooking utensils, silverware and a coffee pot (which was clean might I add). Then you move into the bedroom/bathroom. The bathroom has a shower which was also very clean. We didn't do any of the extracurricular (zip line, tubing, etc) but we did take advantage of the hiking trails, which were VERY NICE! I'd also like to mention the playgrounds they have for children. Us and our 2 dogs really enjoyed this getaway and we will definitely be back. OH, and if you need a store, there is a cute little country store called In The Reeds which is locally owned. It's only about 10 minutes away and the drive is nice. They sell beer, ice and they also have a deli!…

I love kayaking! I would take a trip down the river every day if I could! The river is beautiful! We had such a great time, sleeping in the cabins, going down the river and 2 of us went ziplining. It was great. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and it was so much better than staying at a hotel. Peace and quiet!…
