We visited this picturesque church hidden in the remote countryside. Apparently soldiers used to visit this church to be blessed before heading of to battle.

Many things unique to this village where it leads to the church standing beautifully with different kind of nature worth experiencing.

we walked here after hiking up to a fortress on the ridge above LucyTours. The church i in a lovely location and is a rather more modest affair than many of the churches we visited, and that made it rather special. Stunning views (as is frequently the case in this country!)

Stay at The River House and enjoy a nice gentle scenic walk through Yeghegis Village up to this magnificent historic church that is mostly in original condition. There are wonderful views from the church.

We had a great experience walking in search of this curch. We got lost in some of the near "road" and we met a delicious 7yr old girl who drove us till the church, which is probably more interesting because of its position than for its architecture. But the experience was nice.

This church is located in the middle of nowhere. It takes a skilled driver to get here, uphill on rocky roads. But the place is silent and deserted. I liked it very much!
