We took a buggy around the island and stopped off at this lovely little natural park. Well worth €3 and clearly goes to the upkeep of the animals. I, personally, would have the enclosures a bit bigger as there seems plenty of room but nevertheless...More
Well worth a visit, however be aware that some of the animal enclosures are not very large, the animals are interesting, some of the signage amusing (Gooses instead of Geese), waterfalls are not natural, but what do you expect for 3 euro's.
It's just a short walk from the bus stop and oh boy, it's so worth a visit! Entry fee is just 3 euros (1.50 for kids) but I'd happily pay more. It's not a massive area so it won't take you long to see everything...More
Nice place to visit, you can walk up to the church and get the best view of Kos, really nice restaurants all the way around Zia. They do good coffee on the way up to the church as well. (especially iced).

Recently discovered the Kos Natural Park Zia. What a pleasant surprise it was. Couple euros to get in. Very clean well presented park on the side of a hill. Not good if you have difficulty walking though. Couple of animals including family of dear, donkeys,...More
Amazing view and the donkey and baby were so beautiful and friendly - instantly came over to us for affection, was clear they wanted some company. Feel very sorry for the animals in small, lonely enclosures :(
