This is an good cruise if you want to experience the Bahamas just for the day. However, please be prepared to spend much of your time waiting. First, my husband and I purchased the tickets at from Island Queen Cruises located at the Bayside Market in downtown Miami. The agent told us to be at the Holiday Inn for pick up at 7:15 a.m.on the dot.He even highlight the ticket. We waited 40 minutes after 5 phone calls we were picked up at 7:50am. Next after 25 minutes check (customs extra time)we board the ship around 8:30am.The ship was actually another company Irs something like that. Although the ticket says the doors will close at 9am..we waited on the ship until everyone board 9:30am..then we waited another 20 minutes for the ship to load some sort of supplies. Finally at 10am we departed for Bimini..we arrived around 11:50 am. Once we arrived we waited another 15 minutes on the boat for Bimini customs to arrive at the port to clear us. Around 12:15 we were loaded on shuttltes towards town you have three options..rent a golf cart the Hilton or Luna Beach.Bewteen 5-5:30 the shuttle starts rounding up guest to go back to the customs..the left at 6:30p.m. after everyone board. We made it back to Miami around 8:40p.m. but had to wait about 15 minutes to exit the boat. The shuttle was there waiting however you have to wait for everyone thats on the shuttlee to get off of the ship.All in all we 2.5 hours (being processed transportation, check-in, waiting)before the ship left. Appx.1 hour and 45 minutes is on the water. Appx. 5 hours on the island.Approx.1 hour boarding to go back to the US. Appx 1hour 45 minutes on the water back to Miami from Bimini. Approx.25 minutes to exit ship and customs once trip is over.Approx. 20 minutes waiting for shuttle while other passengers exit and navigate customs. It truly is a full day experience.

We received not good service and feedback. The tour was normal, ship , resort, foods ( but not this company ) This company at miami take not less than 3 hours to close ... 2 TICKETS... Non profesional, we wait at hotel, arrived a boy by bike to check and we paid. But by phone, by bike, by mobile.... 3 hours to have two tours to bahamas. \ They dust your time. NOT GOOD SERVICE. MANY OPTIONS AT MIAMI... NOT THIS.

We booked two tickets, me and my husband for Bahamas Cruise a day tour, at the time to sell they were very kind but didn't inform us about the details of the trip, as whole Time duration, just informed that was 3,5hours to arrive at Bahamas from Miami, what it wasn't true. The agents picked us up at 4:50am and dropped off at hotel at midnight at the travel day, it had delays to arrive at the island and also to departure from there. The agents at the island were rude, when we asked about how it will be the day, they just said that we had to use the public beach, but after we were informed that we could use beach resorts. The driver of the bus was rude also at the back of the trip and didn't let us at the same place establish at the pick up adress. For me that I'm pregnant, it was a tired day and I'm totally regret to had buy it this package.
