One of the best and most therapeutic 90min massages of my life!
I left feeling healed and so much happier with the pain relief from Serena's healing hands.

Knowing that I would have some free time before meeting a friend for a film on Miami Beach last weekend, I looked for a massage therapist near Lincoln Rd. pedestrian mall. The Massage Room has a modest website, but the reviews were glowing (I now know why) and so I booked a massage with Serena, the owner. The room is on the third floor of a modern office building attached to the Albion Hotel, so you don't have to cross through the artificial environment of a spa and instead are welcomed to her location for exactly what you need: an excellent massage by a well-trained massage therapist. Serena has a massage room set up with just the right mix of tasteful music and a perfect table where she works her magic. I've been blessed to have several massages per year wherever I've lived or traveled and Serena is one of the best therapists I've ever met. She provided me with an uninterrupted 60 minutes of relaxation with deep-tissue massage, and I can't wait to return.

My wife and I, along with two of our adult children had the pleasure of each having a 1.5 hour massage from Serena recently during our holiday in Miami Beach. It was one of the highlights of our stay. I have massage several times a month at home. If I were local to Miami I'd be a regular at The Massage Room. Strongly recommended:

Serena has been massaging clients for years and her experience shows through and gives you that absolute feeling of confidence. She totally listened to what I was looking for and found some other areas as well that needed some attention that I wasn't even aware of. She is really great and I absolutely recommend her.

During my business trip to South Beach this week I discovered a massage therapist in the Albion office building, Serena Vann of the Massage Room right across the Albion courtyard. What a pleasure after a long plane trip and a badly hurting back. She fixed my back and made me feel so relaxed after a long trip. She is one of the best massage therapists I have been to. I can’t thank her enough. She is so good at what she does and I get massage every week to help with a chronic back issue plus relaxation. Serena is so good I will actually modify my travel plans to the Florida area to stay in South Beach for a day or two just to get an appointment with Serena. Thanks again Serena! I can't thank you enough!

I have been to at least 10 massage therapists all over South Florida and have never been satisifed, until I had a session with Serena. I have had major back and neck issues since being in an accident about 7 years ago and I found the only thing that ever helps the pain massage therapy. After my thereapist moved away I have tried at least 10 therapists from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami. Serena is very knowledgeable, not to mention wonderful! I took a chance after seeing her site on city search and couldnt be happier I did! Not only did she massage away my pain, shes very nice, located centrally and played awesome music (Miles Davis, instead of the typical Eyna stuff). VERY highly reccomended!

I travel and lot and get massages up and down the East Coast. Bar none, Serena is the best! I am sure she can provide all types of massages, I like deep tissue and sports massage/stretching -- Excellent!!

I came to South Beach to for a couple of days as I normally do and again visited the Massage Room while here. Serena is a godsend to me. In fact she along with the Albion Hotel are the only two reasons I start my Florida trips here. She is so pleasant and passionate at what she does and relaxes me from head to toe. I'm so glad she's here and right across the courtyard in the Albion. She is quite simply the best at what she does. Love her!

I once again had the pleasure of staying at the Albion Hotel partly due to the availability of Serena and the Massage Room that rents space at the Albion. The convenience of having Serena right there at the hotel is one thing but she truly does offer an incredible massage, very professional, very caring and one leaves there after an hour feeling brand new without a care in the world. I quite literally plan my trips to Florida by including a couple of days in South Beach around her schedule she's that good. I feel very grateful to have found the Massage Room and Serena. I wish I lived there year round where I could go there every week. She is definitely the best!

Five star massage and experience! Serena gave me one of the best massages of my life. I was debating going to a hotel spa for the whole spa environment but I didn't want to risk having a mediocre massage (I find hotel spa services are hit or miss in Miami). I am so happy I chose Serena because the massage was top notch. The pressure, touch and attention to detail was amazing and I loved the rose scented massage oil. It was easy to book last minute over text messaging which was very appreciated and the location is very central near the beach on Lincoln Road.
