I booked and paid the scooter online, fast and easy. They delivered exactly at the time we agreed, checked the documents. The scooter was very nice and it was smooth riding around, no parking issues. They picked it up at the end. I will use it again.

The guys came out and delivered the scooters even tho the weather was unpredictable. Great experience. We definitely use them again.

Thank God the hurricane didn't do much damage to Miami Beach. My employee was not able to deliver the scooter as he was home with his family. But Eric the owner (that's me ). Took care of some customers,glad you had a good time glad we all stay safe from the hurricane !

The best scooters in Miami beach! They delivered to the red hotel within 20 minutes! The best price in town ! The scooters are new and large enough for 2 passengers

We have two trucks driving around Miami Beach 9 o'clock till 6 o'clock every day. How are scooters or 20 minutes away from any location in Miami Beach .

Had a great ride today with Scooters 2 U. Price was as discussed(25% less than the company the hotel concierge had in his book), no hidden fees. Had the scooters and helmets delivered to our hotel at the time promised. The company representative was very courteous and helpful. My wife and I enjoyed our ride and we would love to do this again. I will be recommending Scooters 2 U to my family and friends.

Best service, brand new scooters, guy drops them off.. Very helpful!! They brought them to us, picked them up!! No hassles and no hidden fees. We loved it and would do it again.

Convenient, efficient, friendly, helpful and competitively prices with NO hidden charges or hassles. I found them by comparing all of the scooter rentals in Miami. They were so far away, I didn't want to even bother. Where would I park my car, who would drive me to get the scooter. Then I found this fantastic concierge scooter service who will deliver and pick up the scooter at no added charges. It's a no brainer - Scooters2U is the best in town.

We booked the scooter rental online. The process was easy and fast. They delivered the full size 2 passenger scooter to our hotel within 60 minutes.The guy was very nice and showed us how to properly operate the scooter. He told us where to park etc. We called him the day we left he picked up the scooter within 30 minutes from the call. The entire process was smooth. Our new scooter company.

If you're looking for company with no hidden fees you have found it. They deliver the scooter and pick it up with no hidden fees. When they deliver the scooter it comes with a full tank of gas, that you do not have to fill back up. a helmet and a lock no extra charge. When you return your scooter within 2 to 3 days they refund your deposit as long as there's no major damage ! The guy's just want you to enjoy your vacation to Miami and have a great time on their scooter.

They advertise a groupon for $30 for 24 hour rental but will not honor it when you call if they are busy even though there are no restrictions on the use of groupon. Bait and switch to get full price . Poor biz practice . Beware

I am very sorry to hear this! We only have a few scooters allocated for groupon or living social! We will update the restrictions etc to be more clear! I am also thinking of taking our company off groupon and living social so we will not have this issue again! I pride myself in making our customers happy please call my cell 773-562-4590 so we could make u happy!
