An echoing space with no noise control hits you as you walk in. The bartenders are also the KJs but only enter the code of the song, they do no moderation of sound levels or break up of order. The order you submit your song tickets is the order you sing in even if this means one person sings several songs in a row. In order to sing, you must buy one of the incredibly expensive drinks. A screw driver with well vodka cost $12; $15 with the included gratuity present all along South Beach. There were some regulars, but when two large groups drifted in, the bartenders struggled to maintain service and certainly couldn't deal with any technical issues. The regulars seemed used to that and would sing new lyrics to a song that repeated too often or had no one to claim it to grab their attention. The bartenders never carded anyone including some people in the large groups who certainly appeared underaged.

My friend was singing and the microphone was turned almost off. When I asked the young woman behind the bar if it could be turned up, she was very hostile. We ended up staying around half hour and leaving.

Private rooms with no noise isolation (You can´t hear your singing because all you hear is the people singing at the bar outside the room); Mics don't have protection covers; Remote is very basic, you can only enter the song code from a book; There is no options to change the pitch, mic volume, mic echo, or mute the karaoke track; Poor song choices; No food service; If you sing with the 2 mics at the same time you can only hear one of them; Bad sound quality speakers. It is very expensive for the quality of the service and management doesn't care at all.

We went to Sing Sing to spend a good time and when we got there the guy st the door didnt let us in because we brought our ID from our country and not passport. We got in in everywhere in Miami with just our ID. I told him that bringing our passport, exposes us to lose it, and thats a risk that we cant take. Later he let a group of tourist without passport but just their country ID to get in by justifying that they had a room. He told us that he could let us in by paying him something. He said 'look that guy, he got in because he gave me $20'. I am not going to pay for getting into a bar! What a shameless place! Dont go!!
