Fantastic way to see Miami from a different angle. Michael, our tour guide / captain was great and made it fun for all of us, including our 10 and 12 year olds, who have very different taste in what they enjoy. Our son loved the speed and our daughter to learn about all the houses of the rich and famous. I recommend it!

So much more fun than the large commercial “bus on the water” tours! We saw everything from dolphins to the homes of billionaires. Mike is a knowledgeable and personable guide. Highly recommended!

Mike gave us a fantastic New Year's day tour! Seeing Miami on the water put a whole new perspective on the city. He gave us a look into the city's history as well as the Miami Beach celebrity life style. Being on the boat was so much fun and we felt very safe riding around with Mike. Well worth the trip!

According to the terms and conditions the tour only happens if weather permits. In my opinion weather was not permitting. I do not feel a tour is enjoyable while it is raining. We tried to cancel and explained our concerns. Our concerns did not seem to matter and we were not allowed to cancel. That is a very selfish business decision.
What happened to customer satisfaction? It seems the business was more concerned about making money than customer satisfaction. I was prepared to get wet, but definitely not to be forced to take a tour while it was raining.
Maybe they should be more specific about your cancellation policy. I will make sure to inform consumers to be prepared to take a tour in the rain as you will not allow them to cancel.

Please note - you have posted your review to the wrong business. As a reviewer that only has one review in their history, I can see how this could be an honest mistake as it was meant for a different company. I am certain that this never happened with our company because I (Owner and Operator) do every single tour personally. I don't take out tours if it's raining, because I don't want to be out in the rain...and if I don't want to deal with rain, I certainly wouldn't force our guests to go out in the rain. Also, our "Terms and Conditions" don't mention anything about "if weather permits".
We currently have over 200 "5-star" reviews and have received the "Certificate of Excellence" every year for the past 4 years that we've been in business because we pride ourselves on our high level of customer satisfaction and by exceeding expectations. We love providing our guests with the best, most complete, informative and fun tour that Miami has to offer. We hope that the reviewer who posted this one negative and false review would be kind enough to contact TripAdvisor to have it re-posted to the correct company.

I visited Miami for three days in January. Booked a speedboat tour in advance and was looking forward to it. Arrived at 9.45am on the appointed day (a Tuesday) for a 10am tour. Paid $20 for a taxi to get there from hotel. No-one in the locked, tiny speedboat office. Waited. Waited. At 10.05am I rang speedboat office to see would call be diverted and picked up by someone. No such luck of course. Left a message to say I was waiting and also left my mobile number (which they already had from when I booked online). Waited until 10.25am. No-one turned up. Left. Checked my email out of curiosity when I got back to hotel. Speedboat had sent an email the previous night saying their boats had mechanical trouble and to telephone that night or on the (Tuesday) morning to try to reschedule. The email was sent too late and the suggestion to phone the office was obviously pointless as no-one was there or answering calls anyway. Someone should have taken the time to telephone me. No notice even left on the office door to say there was trouble with boats or an alternative number to call. I replied to the email I was sent, asking for a refund and the cost of my wasted taxi journey to the marina. I was returned the cost of the tour but no refund of taxi fare. Never received any telephone call or email to apologise for tour being cancelled. Truly appaling customer service. I'm a newspaper journalist and was in Miami to write a travel piece on the city - I'll be sure to tell people they should avoid speedboat tours.

We are very sorry anytime that a tour has to be cancelled and our guests are unable to experience the tour.
With this online booking, a LOCAL phone number was NOT PROVIDED as is required when making a reservation online. Other parties that had also booked the same tour time WERE notified by phone because they had provided a local number.
We attempted to call the international phone number that was provided, but the phone did not ring through. So we sent an email, around 6:30pm the day prior, notifying this guest that the tour had to be cancelled and we also issued him a full refund.
As you can see from every other review we’ve received, our guests not only love the tour, but rave about our incredible customer service!!!

We really enjoyed our tour. 1.5 hours doesn’t sound like a lot of time but it is jam-packed and fantastic. This tour is an awesome way to learn about Miami's history, town planning, film locations, and all the celebrity homes. The boat is fantastic and really comfortable. Because the boat is a speed boat you can get up closer to the houses. Our guide Michael is so knowledgable entertaining with fun facts about Miami and also each individual house and their owners. I can assure you, you will not learn anywhere near as much or be entertained by the large ridiculous tour boats and their tired looking tour guides. We had a fantastic time and have no qualms recommending this tour to anyone travelling to Miami.

I did a lot of research on the best tours/activities to do in Miami for a one night pre-cruise stay. This turned out to be a great decision! Mike is amazing. He's super friendly, very informative. Since he absolutely loves what he does, he does it with passion and it shows. It's not just a "job" for him. We learned a lot about the city, saw many celebrity homes, and just enjoyed our time. Definitely the best way to see and enjoy Miami. I would highly recommend this tour for any Miami first-timers. Thank you Mike for a fantastic experience!

Thanks to Michael for showing us around the sights of Miami, and educating us at the same time. We had a great time and all of us really enjoyed the trip - highly recommended. We were lucky enough even to spot some dolphins in the bay - fantastic time had by all!
