No Good, Not as to Tour, But as to Lack of Know How for Child Trailer
Dec 2011
My family and I drove to this location while on vacation last week to rent two bikes for the adults and a trailer for the three year old. Granted two things, we did not successfully call ahead (their line was constantly busy) and we did arrive on the later side of the day, just before 4 PM and they close at 7 PM. However, these should not be issues for a place that advertises it rents all these different kind of bikes and accessories! We were just really disappointed to find that the attendant, the only person in the store, had absolutely zero clue as to how to attach the bicycle trailer and he also did not really seem to know much about any maps that the store had for self -tours, also as advertised on web site. Because he could not put on the trailer, we left and went next door and took the 4 PM Duck Boat tour instead. See separate review.

FUN....FUN....FUN....! and Very informative.
Aug 2011
It is true what they say, You never grow out of riding bicycles.....! i read reviews on TripAdvisor about Art-Deco Bicycle Tour with Rolling Bees. I decided to try this activity and let me tell you, IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER! We took off from 1655 James Ave on Lincoln Road in South Beach and cruised all the IN'S and OUT'S of Miami Beach and road down Ocean Drive to experience the TRUE Art-Deco and it was a BIG WOWWWWW.
Great story and history behind it. Jesus (our guide) was extremely nice and knowledgeable.
The bicycles were great, very profetional staff and All-in-all it was a great experience.
I strongly recommended to everyone tourist and locals. Oh, by the way Thank you so much for the free water and granola bars :) .

Great tour!
Jul 2011 • Friends
We used Rolling Bees for my bachelorette weekend. We rented bikes for 2 hours. The bike tour was a lot of fun and didn't seem like we were actually riding bikes for 4 miles! Jesus did a great job leading the tour and Javier was very helpful when we asked questions and provided us with water halfway through the tour. I would definitely recommend doing a tour or renting bikes, etc from them! Make sure to wear lots of sunscreen and eat a good meal before you go.

exceptional service
Mar 2011
The friendliness and service from the staff at Rolling Bees was exceptional.
Renting 2 bikes for a week we were given a discounted rate. When we decided to rent for second week they discounted the rate even further. The staff also agreed to let us bring the bikes back to the rental location nightly since we didn't have a secure location for them overnight. Bikes were well maintained and locks, baskets and helmets were supplied at no charge. All in all a pleasant experience and we look forward to renting again at Rolling Bees

WOW...AMAZING!!!!!
Feb 2011
Rolling Bees Bicycle Tours not only rents out bikes, but also scooters, go-carts & jet skis!!!! The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Their prices are among the cheapest on the beach. You can get a scooter for $60/day. AMAZING!!!!! I will definitely go back again soon. I live in South Beach and these prices are the best on the beach. Definitely go to them for all your rental needs!!!!! :) Its also nice when people are so friendly!!!!!! :)

Highlight of our Miami Trip
Feb 2011
We cannot recommend highly enough, the service offered by Joseph @ Rolling Bees Bike Rentals in James Street, opposite the Albion Hotel. He opened up early, which saved us a lot of hastle, and was friendly, knowlegable and extremely enthuthiastic.

In fact, I would go as far to say that if you are just staying in Miami & Miami Beach, then I wouldn't bother with a hire car as parking is neither easy or cheap. Just hire bikes or electric cars from Joseph instead - you can get most attractions covered.

He even offers guided Bike Tours which sounded brilliant but which time limits prevented us from taking.

Get on your bike - you won't be dissappointed.

Bike Hire- James Street, South beach, Miami

Joesph is the man to talk to; he's warm, friendly, extremely keen to make sure you have a good experience of his city. Whether you're hiring bikes or cars he is very through when giving you details, maps, places of interest, instructions on how to use his various modes of transport .His shop opens at 10.00 but we found him there at 9.15 which for us was a bonus. You'll find him opposite the Albion Hotel.

Best Bike Rentals
Jan 2011
My friends and I rented a few bikes from Rolling Bees. The customer service at this location was great, the employees were able to answer all the questions we had and gave us the perfect ideas on where to go. This was the best way for us to enjoy South Beach without getting stuck behind of cars. The bikes were in great condition and comfortable to ride.
When we go back, we will be renting from them again.

Great bike rental experience
We rented beach cruiser bikes this afternoon. Great way to explore South Beach. Didn't do the tour - maybe next time. The bikes were in good condition and the guys in the shop were great.

Nice relaxing way to see Miami
Jan 2011
My wife and I just back from a week long trip in Miami. By far the Art Deco tour we took was the coolest part of the trip. We rented a pair of bikes and took the tour of Miami. It was a really easy and relaxing way to check out Miami. At the end we decided to keep the bikes and cruise to the different spots we had seen on our own, it was quite nice. We stopped at the beach, had a drink, stopped at the museums, and at the boardwalks. It was a really cool way to spend a day down at Miami beach.
