This tour was ok.
Bus driver was great but you spend a lot of time driving around picking up people.
The boat tour: as previously stated in a review, the left side of the boat where the tour guide sits gets the better view of everything. Numerous times he only showed that side of the boat the best views of the alligator.
The croc show is terrible and waste of time.
Overall it was good to see the Everglades and an Alligator but the boat/show is average.

There was a bit of confusion with the pick up point (our hotel was huge with different driveways) but they managed to get us on the bus.. and it took a while before we even got to the park (we booked the 9.30 tour but didn’t reach the Everglades park until 11.45).... but once we got on the airboat, we were not disappointed. Our tour guide (Captain Fresco) was very knowledgeable with survival tips and tricks.. we saw birds, colorful fishes, an alligator.. and overall, it was a lot of fun. Traffic back to the hotel was slow going. Be warned that the whole tour takes about 6.5 hours including the bus transfers so don’t make plans for the afternoon if you book the morning tour.

The tour brochure implies that there ares several drop-off points in Key West but instead a) You have to reserve the stop in advance (who the hell knows the first time where?), and b) most of where the bus goes is in the middle of isolated residential districts.

Overall- pretty lame. I am not sure what I really expected but it was your basic cheesy tourist trap. You ride an air boat out one way into the swamp for about 15 minutes, see an alligator here and there, come back for for a "show" that brings awareness the all the wonder of the animals in the everglades, afterwards you get to browse the souvenir shop where you can purchase dried alligator heads of various sizes and have an alligator sandwich for lunch.

Whenever an alligator or other interested matter was spotted, the pilot would always approach it from the left side of the Airboat and stayed there…
Consequently, for anyone sitting on the right side of the Airboat (my family case) we had no chance to visualize anything ... making the experience too frustrating.
I think the explanation is due to the fact that the pilot is sitting on the left side of the Airboat and thus has a natural tendency to approach these matters from the left.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Airboat ride. It’s one of a kind. You are so close to the alligators but nothing to be afraid of. The session with the alligators in the park was great.

We stumbled upon this place and what a treasure it was. No hard sell just good honest advise that saved us a huge amount of time and cash. The staff were unbelievably helpful and enjoyed a laugh

I did the day long everglades and airboat tour and loved it - got a picture with a crocodile and the characters who take the everglades tours are hilarious. Our lady host was a buxom 'lass' in a denim skirt and heels - living the dream !

had a 1:30 pm rsvp i arrived 10 mins early (they told me on the phone to come about 45 mins early!) was the first one there the guy told me tour was pushed off to 2 pm due to lack of customers for the 130 tour but i was never notified about it !! so i came back half hour later to find a huuuuuge line waiting in the blistering 80f heat they let us wait for boarding till 2:10 which is late even for the 2pm tour UNACCEPTABLE! & they didnt even offer an apology once on the boat though i have to say the tour was nice & the guide was pretty good had a fun time after all but there should be more communication from the company don't know if i would use them again

Terrible company (bayside marketplace boat tours) Bought tickets through TripAdvisor (Viator) for a specific time and day. Upon presenting the information and voucher to the kiosk at Bayside marketplace,we were told that this voyage is fully booked ( even though they also showed us and confirmed our booking).
Seems that they overbook their trips with walkins
“Just in case”.
They offered to book us for “next day”
Needless to say, disputing the charge
