Sol was great - very sweet, knowledgeable and fun. We had a small group which was very nice. Food was good, not exceptional but the stories and history made up for it!

Our tour guide was fantastic and super knowledgeable about Miami Beach history. I very much enjoyed hearing about the area but for me the history almost took center stage over the food. I did enjoy our tastings but nothing was amazing. Like another reviewer posted, I was also not a big fan of the shared plate approach that they had at a few of our stops. I would rather a small individual serving be provided. I felt that at times the tour could have moved along faster, having said that we did end about 30 min early. I left feeling satisfied but not like I had tried anything new/special. Itinerary/stops were slightly different than what was posted online, we went to 4 stops.

Dawn was an excellent tour guide. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly…. Great energy! It rained the entire tour and she asked if I wanted to change the day but I didn’t. She’s gave me towels, umbrellas and two ponchos. She asked me quite a few times if I was ok (and I was….. no rain was getting in my way). The rain seemed not to bother her one bit. I definitely recommend this tour.

Sol was a wonderful guide for our group of 11. We really enjoyed hearing about the food and culture and history of South Beach and Sol was so knowledgeable and engaging. We loved the Cuban cafe and Peruvian cuisine. Only suggestion is to replace the fifth stop instead of combining two stops.
