It's always wonderful to practice yoga at sunrise, especially in a gorgeous place like Miami Beach, and as long as you don't pay a fix fee but a donation, it's difficult to be very critic. But this is my opinion based only on one class: it would be great if you are on holidays and want to try what yoga... More

Yoga was great, directions from the site sucked! The directions took me to 3rd st. And Euclid. There is no beach there but I went thinking maybe you have to sign in. When you go, just go all the way down Ocean Drive until you get to 3rd, then go to the beach and you will see the class.

This is so great: some community yoga teachers offer 2 classes (about 60-70min) daily (7.00 a.m. and 5.00/6.00 p.m. depending on summer/winter time) directly in front of beautiful Miami beach. It's complentary, but I think these great teachers deserve a big tip. Tip: Do check the weather before coming: below 50s and in case of rain/thunder classes are cancelled -... More

Absolutely wonderful!! Took the 7am class with Pom and she is great. Nice gentle practice in the morning to get the day started. They offer both morning and evening classes that are donation based. If you're in the area, definitely worth checking out.

This is just something that I love to do and it gets better when you are on the beach, the view, the breeze and the challenge of doing your practice standing in the sand is absolutely lovely :) Classes are early morning and in the afternoon so keep it in mind and do it at least once if you are... By far, the most relaxing part of vacation. The sound of the water and the cool sand between my toes was a yoga experience like no other. If I were local, I would be there every time I could! Namaste.

In my opinion it's a must do if you're on Miami Beach! Even if you're not into yoga, this will transform you! Ocean breeze, soft white sand, sounds of the waves, this is the greatest location on Earth and taking time to appreciate and realize that fells fabulous. Great atmosphere, people are very friendly, classes are not too difficult (been... More

We arrived shortly after 7 when the session had already started. No big deal, just lay your towel down and get in the rhythm with everyone else. Many people arrived after us. It may be hard to hear the instructor if you are in the back, but they do move around at other times. I have never really done yoga,... More

Although it may be hard to wake up and leave your hotel to get to the beach by 7am, it is worth it to treat yourself to this experience. Parking is ample and free on 3rd Ave. The instructor was great. The sunrise view was breathtaking. The sound of the waves during shavasana was mesmerizing.
