I loved the open-air van and the smaller group of people on the tour--in fact, they ran the tour for just my husband and me. Our guide, Charles, was very friendly and professional and shared good information with us. He was also a careful driver. It was a great overview of Miami and Miami Beach. There were two stops--Little Havana and Wynwood Walls. One extra stop might have been nice to break up all the driving. I could have done without all that driving around in Miami Beach. Maybe stop there and let us walk around and explore the beach area for 20 minutes?
But that is just a small recommendation. We were very pleased with the trip and the value.

The open-top van was amazing. Our guide and guide/driver-in-training we’re knowledgeable, friendly and very interested in us. This is a very good value given the high-end feel of our tour. LOVED IT! Thanks.

Ideal to start your Miami vacation. The bus is super nice and we are in the open air, that's the difference. Global tour of Miami and these different neighborhoods. The guide is excellent, dynamic, with a real knowledge of life in Miami. We also stop during the visit, to better discover the neighborhoods. We do not see the time spent. It's great..!!!

I should have known better. I booked a month ago and after saw reviews that if the tour want fill they cancelled - sure enough text last night saying cancelled as the bus was broken . What a scam . Do not book they are liars and will ruin your plans

First of all, I would like to point out that your disappointment and remark has nothing to do with our service but only the fact that your tour was canceled.
We use different vehicles for our visits and sometimes mechanical issues occur, however we do everything possible to avoid this type of cancellation.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Don't bother booking with this company. They will cancel your booking if the bus isn't full or have enough passengers. Go with another company.

We visited the two routes and it has been a good experience. Nice guide. The beach route through the modernism area is a fantastic architectonic experience.

We had a very good time, the reviews are accurate and the guide is excellent, the cabriolet bus is really great, we stopped at Wynwood where we could visit the Wall, the children were also delighted, an activity to recommend on Miami!

We loved this tour. Our driver/guide (didn't catch his name) was really knowlegeable of Miami, and what we liked the most was his Argentinian accent was clear and we could understand every interesting (English) word!
God blessed us with a fine day, as it had been raining and overcast.

It’s the first that i will write a review, i don’t really care that much everytime but this time deserve my review :
Amazing experience ! Antoine was probably the Best tour guide to Everglades from Miami. I would recommend for Every personn who’s coming to Miami to try this tour.
One more time Big thank you to Antoine, our guide for the day. Nice communication, made some surprises out of the tour. I will come back next time with the same company for sure

It’s 8pm I’m sat enjoying my evening meal 13 hours before my pre booked Open Miami sight seeing tour.
I happen to check my emails to see one stating that my tour had been cancelled due to mechanical issues.
I am here in Miami for 2 nights (1 day) after a long drive from Orlando and before a flight to Cancun. The one thing I booked has been cancelled at little/no notice and not enough time to organise a replacement. Had I not checked my emails I would have been completely unaware.
I’m also very sceptical about their reason for cancelling as seems a little too convenient.
Avoid them as I will be in future.

Dear,
Unfortunately things happen beyond our control.
The day before your visit, in the afternoon, a light came on on our Mercedes Sprinter, our convertible vehicle.
We immediately called our mechanic who offered to come by the next morning (the day of your visit) and, on his advice, we decided to cancel all tours for safety reasons.
We had a risk of breaking down at the time of your visit and we decided to be careful.
Everything ended well and our minivan is repaired now, and we are able now to resume our visits.
We apologize for the last minute notice but unfortunately mechanical problems happen and we hope to have the chance to offer you a tour on your next stay.
