However, we are perplexed that you felt our tour content did not fulfill your expectations and that our pricing did not match your experience --a first in our 12 years of business and more than 650 reviews. Our personalized small group and private tours (only 6 passengers) are built to tell the story of Miami from its inception in the 1800s to the global destination it has become today, via the sights we visit. To do this, we cover almost 40 miles of the bay in 2 hours, going far beyond the standard routes of other Miami tours and our pricing reflects this. Captain Brandon, who has been guiding our tours for more than 8 years, is well-versed in the delivery of the tour's historical perspective as well as the many colorful stories Miami is famous for. Born and raised in Coconut Grove and a lifelong marine enthusiasts, his knowledge of the more natural areas and marine habitat is exceptional. His many years of past reviews can attest to this. One thing we strive for on our experience is the ability to personalize and craft our content towards each customer's interests, garnered throughout the tour via questions and commentary. Perhaps Captain Brandon misunderstood your interests and we apologize for that. We hope you will try us again should you return to Miami in the future.
