About
Extending from the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Biscayne Bay to the west on Miami Beach, FL, Lincoln Road features various shops, cafés, galleries, restaurants, bars and other businesses. It attracts over 11 million visitors annually from all over the world not just for its premier shopping destinations, restaurants, and nightlife but also for its architecture. When famed architect Morris Lapidus was commissioned to redesign Lincoln Rd in the 1960s, his distinguished style positioned the road as one of the most luxurious destinations in the city during that time. Today, Lincoln Road is an iconic pedestrian district that serves as a hub for modern culture seekers, both local and international. Anchored by three internationally respected cultural institutions, the New World Symphony, Arts Center South Florida and the Colony Theater, Lincoln Road serves as a charging station for the mind, body and spirit.

Lincoln Road has long been a popular open-air mall that is a mile long in the heart of South Beach for dining and shopping. It is open in the morning until about 10pm. It is a lot of fun to walk around and window shop or find a place to sit and watch people. Dogs are welcome, and you will see many, all leashed, of course. Some of the restaurants provide a bowl of water for them. You can only sit outdoors and dine with your pet.
There is also a Regal movie theater at the mall. I believe there are over 100 shops and restaurants at Lincoln Road. So allow several hours to see it all.
There are several parking lots and on street parking.

If you enjoy walking and shopping this is the perfect place to go. Most stores and restaurants were a bit expensive for my liking but it was nice to walk around and take pictures. The beach is also very close by. It tends to get overcrowded so finding parking can be bit difficult.

A must see when in Miami/South Beach. Many restaurant choices and upscale shopping. Be aware that the restaurants will try to strong arm you into their restaurant but not overly obnoxious. I would not recommend bringing children to this area after dark.

Nice place to walk around. Best was to see Tulips and on our way to watch mango trees loaded with fruits. Restaurants with outdoor sitting. Safe and family friendly. This was the first place we visited in Miami after a long flight – easily skip visiting here if you are short of time.

I was here in February 2020 and it was completely different. Like most of Miami CV19 has taken its toll on this area. 2 out of 3 stores or restaurants are closed. The one that are open have poor service, poor food or both due to the "Service Charge" as they have no real motivation to give better service. Service Charge = built in tip. And then they ask for a tip on top of that, Lol. The only restaurant my wife and I found good was Rosinella. The rest of them had "Meh" food for London prices. If SoBe doesnt make some radical changes Miami will go the way of Atlantic City. Sorry I dont have photos, but there was nothing outstanding to take pictures. PS, stay away from Zara Clothing. The worst management and CS I have seen in years. hour long lines to check out with one or tow people at register where 5 or more staff are wandering around folding clothes.

Terrible store rip off same items with different prices. No refunds that in itself should tell you about the ethics of a store. Poor business practices. Excuse after excuse. Purchased jacket didn't notice it was damaged. Tried to say I wore it. Jacket was returned untouched. My birthday already dressed have picture original dressed 5 locations with pictures and lyft driver also verify. Never touched jacket. Was left in friends car. Delivered back to me at 8pm next day. Excuse after excuse not to take back jacket.

I visited and walked around in the evening and it was a busy area for shopping, socializing and eating. It was lined with tall palm trees and one of the earliest examples of a pedestrian mall in the US.
Besides the typical restaurants and stores there were a some nice or unique features. Various statues and outdoor art were sprinkled around along with some uniquely designed buildings like the Nike store and the 1111 parking structure. The soap bubble fountain was quite the gathering spot. Lots of bubbles that were scooped up, blown around and played with. A mini wetland replica with a wading egret was not as popular but was a nice touch reflective of the original mangroves.

Right now until the end of the month you can see many of Botero's sculptures to take pictures. On Sunday there was like a market full of street sellers. There were many fresh fruit vendors. Nice weather so it was a perfect day to walk around LR.

Every time I visit..i seem to find myself at Lincoln Road Mall for multiple reasons..
Shopping: I've forgotten to pack running shoes, jackets, hats, etc and Lincoln Road Mall always has me covered. The retail store selection is extensive in this outdoor mall. Major retail and boutique stores are lined up and down. The H&M and Lululemon are slightly bigger than your typical locations.
Restaurants: There's multiple restaurant and bar options throughout the mall. You'll come across many restaurants with outdoor dining setup. It's easy to get a quick bite and some drinks if you need a break from the shopping.
People Watching: Sometimes we'd just stroll through as Lincoln Road Mall is diverse with locals and tourists from around the world. You can run into some interesting live street performances throughout the mall. The vibe is energetic as this mall seems to pretty crowded. It's especially crowded in the evening as the diners are out at the restaurants.
Centrally located in South Beach, the Lincoln Road Mall has something for everyone. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit even just to check out casually. Enjoy!

Outdoor mall with restaurants. Many charge a 20% "service" fee that they can't explain what it's for and it is not an advanced tip. Therefore, with tip, you end up paying 40% more over the pricr of the food which is already pricey. The real problem is that they put it in fine print in the menu and don't tell you aboit it up front. Buyer beware. You're better off eating in No. Miami Beach or Miami proper.

Ypou can take the 119 from Biscayne Boulevard and NE 4th to 17th and Jefferson - 3 min from Lincoln. (see Miami-Dade transport).
We just called an Uber both ways. It cost $10.94 for 4 people.
We visited Hooters there.
