I booked this on Trip Adviser on 10/2/18 for Monday 10/15/18. I have all my confirmation information and showed up at the destination.
After waiting 15 minutes we called and were told they never received our booking.
Said they would refund our money (how if you didn't get the booking??)
I've tried contacting Trip Adviser and no one is responding back.
I can't respond if the trip is any good or not. I am miffed no one even "tried" to get someone to our destination to give us a trip. Just nothing. My suggestion is to call and confirm EVERYTHING you book.
I have used Trip Adviser for years and never had this problem before, which makes me skeptical of the response they never received my booking.
I would not attempt to book with this company after this again.

Me and friends had such a wonderful time touring south beach. I'm from a small town in Gainesville so this was a great way for us to tour the busy city. The drive was friendly and was knowledgeable of the area. I'll be sure to book again when I ever I return!

This should be zero stars. Booked the tour for September 21 at 9 am. Showed up on time, at the right place, no tour. Called the office and talked with the "customer service' rep who did not apologize, or offer a later time or anything. Just too bad for you. They had my reservation they just screwed up and did not send anyone. I said this will result in a bad review and he replied "I don't care".
Business like this survive because they still get new customers even when they provide poor, or in this case, no service. Do yourself, and ALL Fellow Travelers a big favor, and DO NOT use these guys.
Still, if you want to plan a tour, and be left standing at the end of a dead end street, (1500 Ocean Drive) in the hot sun, this is the tour for you.
Business like this survive because they still get new customers even when they provide poor, or in this case, no service. Do yourself, and ALL Fellow Travelers a big favor, and DO NOT use these guys.
Still, if you want to plan a tour, and be left standing at the end of a dead end street, (1500 Ocean Drive) in the hot sun, this is the tour for you.

Can't really recommend this as an Art Deco tour, especially since the pedacab isn't allowed down the main drag of Ocean where the best buildings are. For that you'll have to take a walking tour like the one at the Art Deco center. My driver was also quite short on detailed info about Art Deco and some of what little he said was misinformation. There was in fact AD development during the 30's and 40's (from the WPA and others). It didn't all happen in the 50's. And he didn't talk about the aesthetic elements or components itself at all. It was a lot of "I like this building" type commentary.
But if you want an easy, lazy, pleasant ride through areas near Ocean Ave and hear about the wealthiest island (many other Miamians love to brag about their millionaires and billionaires).then it's ok. Just don't expect to see much Deco, much less learn about it.

Thanks for the review. However your review is not accurate at all, on the start of every tour I give the history of Miami. I also talk about the buildings as well.

No Show. Cancelled on us the night before so it was too late to book another tour. We will see how hard it is to get our money back. Horrible customer service!

The tour was cancelled due to my tour guide not feeling well and the risk of being exposed to Covid. That is the reason why your tour was cancelled. You will get your money back. In the event if my tour guide is not feeling well, I will cancel the tour and I have let Viator know this. Covid affects small businesses like mine everday. Feel free to write a negative review I really do not care, as long as I keep my tour guides and guests safe. Life is too short.

I would do this at the start of your trip. Mark told us about a lot of places we wanted to visit while we were there that we would have missed if we hadn't taken this tour. He arrived on time And sent me a message that he was there to meet us. Mark was full of great information and stories about the area. You can tell he has a great appreciation for all the great art Deco architecture in the area. We had a great time and I would recommend this tour.

The best tour I've experienced on Miami Beach!! The driver was punctual! He was friendly and very informative! My family had a great time. I would highly recommend any time someone is in town. We booked our next tour already!

I booked the 3 pm tour today. Sat at 1500 Ocean Dr. for 1 hour. Pedicab never showed. Called the local telephone number provided and only and left a message inquiring about the driver's whereabouts and provided a number for a call back on the answering machine. Will be reporting this scam to the local better business bureau and refusing credit card charge. trip Advisor should not advertise this scam. Shameful.

Arranged and paid in advance for this tour. Went to designated pickup spot well in advance. When the operator did not show up I began calling. No answer. Sent texts, no reply.
About 20 minutes later I finally got an answer and the excuse that the cab has a ‘technical problem’ and he would issue a refund.
I guess the refund process has a technical problem as well because it never happened.
Yesterday had to file a dispute with Amex and let them handle it.

First time in Pedicab. Me and my girlfriend had a great time riding with our guide. The driver knew about all the restaurants, clubs, and bars on the beach and around Miami. The ride was great and the information we got made our visit to Miami way better than just walking around.
