After purchasing a Groupon for the Sunset or Sunrise Segway Tour for Two on October 20th, I booked a date a few days prior to Christmas 2019. Everything was fine until 2 days prior to the tour, I received an email stating they had to cancel our tour (for 6 people). This is the email: Hello Robert, Unfortunately will have to cancel your booking made for 12/29/19 due high traffic for new years weekend. Our Segways are required to be on the streets and will to risky to continue this tour. Your payment will be refunded immediately. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I was a bit skeptical of this so I went online to see if I was able to book a tour on the same date for 1 person. It showed availability. I also call (anonymously) to see I could book for the date and tour that was cancelled, not using a groupon. They told me there was availability and was willing to book me. When I asked about our Groupon being cancelled they told me that I had to contact them via email and I could not get any information on the phone. Only after much complaining by me and threatening to do everything in my power to send in bad reviews on multiple sites, did they allow me to use the Groupon. It was obvious to me that they put out a Groupon back in October that had to be used by February 17th 2020, but when they got a lot of people requesting time slots, and willing to pay full price, they came up with some ridiculous story and cancelled my Groupon. So, my advice, beware of this establishment. They are only looking out for themselves. Also, tour stated 90 minutes. We checked in 15 minutes early for out 5pm tour. After getting paperwork, helmets, segway, and brief training, we left at 5:20. Returned back at location at 6:15pm

Turned up without a booking and was told ‘no bikes’. Ok that’s fine but when asked for a little help and advice even on using the city bike scheme got a very rude ‘too busy’. What too busy to help a tourist? Can’t you move a bike and talk at the same time? Poor.

A really good quality Segway trip around South Beach. A Segway trip on our family vacation is always popular as if is a fun and interesting way to get to see a new location. My children are now young adults but we have been doing this since the youngest was 11. Bike & Roll Miami provides good quality segways & helmets (good to see helmets were mandatory). Even though we said we were experienced we were asked to demonstrate it in the tutorial which to me is a very important step. Shawn was a very safe, experienced and informative guide. Excellent 90 minutes. I recommend for both experienced & new segwayers.

We hired some biked to explore some of Miami for a day. We ordered them the evening before online and picked them up the following day. All quick and pain free at both pick up and drop off. Definitely recommend.

I had a Smart Destinations Miami Go card which included a full day rental of a bicycle. So I decided to give this a go. They keep your license or passport as collateral for the period you renting the cycle. The rental rate for the day is $30 if one has to pay separately for it. I cycled for around 90 minutes before returning the cycle but was able to cover a lot of South Beach through this mode of transport. Too time consuming and difficult to check the area on foot. Would recommend cycling through Miami Beach.
