We rented a double kayak for a couple of hours. The staff was great and helpful, and their location is convenient to paddle to some interesting tiny islands! Nice experience overall!

Manny provided our group of six with an amazing kayaking tour. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and felt like a member of our friend group! I cannot recommend iPaddle enough. Their location allows you the unique opportunity to feel at once engaged in the greater Miami urban environment (the high-rises of Miami, South Beach, and Miami beach being visible all around you), while also feeling isolated in pockets of silence (kayaking to small islands in the bay). After the tour, all six of us (who have varying degrees of kayaking experience) commented on how awesome Manny was, and how much we would like to take another tour in the future).

We may as well have been kayaking by ourselves; no point in spending money other than to rent the kayaks. The city night views were also not so great. We went for my my birthday so I booked for my group of 6. When I couldn't contact them and they never contacted me in any way for us to know where to go, then later called me after the meeting time, they refused to refund me for the two in our group who were no longer in town. Untrained in customer service and clearly an unfair company who lacks integrity of any sort. This applies to Manny, not our guide who was kind but unengaging with the group.

We have used IPaddle Miami several times to rent Kayaks and SUPs. The owner Manny is reliable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He had all of the water toys ready to go at the agreed upon time and even brought us life jackets and dry bags. We had a wonderful day looking at wildlife and beautiful sunrise and couldn’t have done this without IPaddle. Additionally, the equipment is high quality, the kayaks have nice back seats (great for anyone with back problems) and the SUPs are all in great shape.

We had a great time renting from this company. We reserved online that morning and showed up....they were waiting for us. After a brief talk about where to go/safety we were in our way. Cute little islands we stopped at to stretch out legs.... would definitely recommend

iPaddle Miami is the only rental company I would ever use in the Miami area. Manny is an absolute professional. My crew has rented with him 3 times now. He is always early to arrive, and fully prepared. Any time I’ve called or emailed he’s been responsive immediately.
In terms of on the water, he is tremendous. One of the paddlers in our group had never been out before. Manny was patient and informative and had him standing up on a paddleboard in minutes. I can’t recommend Manny’s service enough. He’s the best.

Came to see manatees w my brother. Manny lead us on an amazing adventure where we saw more than 30 manatees from a baby to older, huge ones. They played around our kayaks. It was truly a magical day! Special thanks to Manny for not only being our fearless guide but also adventurous and patient w us. This is a must experience that I plan to repeat!!!

I arrived 10 minutes late, they did not let me go out on the water.
Manny the guy in charge is very rude, he said because I missed the 10 minute orientation he wouldn’t let me go out. This place lacks safety regulations, they let people out in the water and just leave. I’m not coming back

Manny was an incredible host is helping with our Kayak rental. He was attentive and provided concise instruction. Went out with my fiance on Biscayne Bay and had an incredible time. We can't wait to do it again. Highly Recommend.

The owner was extremely rude!! He ruined my day with the kids with his unprofessional and inexperienced attitude with kids. We ended up not getting our 2 hours ride and the guy refused to refund us. Avoid this place!!!
