I booked Haunted Hospital as a public room, and there were four others, which made me relieved. However, the folks didnt show, so I had to do it solo.
Only 5 hints were available starting 10 minutes in and I used them all. Due to my own error, I missed a key piece and searched for it fruitlessly because it was under other discards. That cost me 5 minutes yet still may have not been enough.
Waylon, the Game Master, gave good hints but I acted like a real noob breaking rule #1 - search everything, look everywhere.
Overall, a well built room with room appropriate puzzles and a good element of scariness and a few jump scares.
Waylon walked me through what I missed and said I was about 80% done

Nice customer service. Love the game. We were a family playing together and we love our time together at the venue. I highly recommend this place, the game is great for people who like to do puzzles, math, problem-solving, and teamwork.

I proposed to my girlfriend last night at the Pirate's escape room.
Chris helped me with all details and he was great in making sure everything went perfect. Thanks Chris!!!! You are the best and thanks to you my girlfriend got a big surprise!!

My family came from out of town this week and together we shared a first time Miami Escape Room experience. This was absolute fun and won't be our last time. We accomplished our mission on My Spy with over 8 mins still left on the clock. For an intimate experience book a private tour, you won't regret it. Complimentary parking with games in the waiting room area to keep you entertained.

It was five of us. One adult and four kids (15, 13, 11 and 10). We all had a blast. Very cool experience - the kids were entertained, made them think and work together: Everything was well thought out. The location is perfect, with its own parking. You can walk around Wynwood afterwards and grab a quick bite.

First of I want to say Kelly was so sweet and nice! She made the experience even better. The escape room was difficult and did what it was supposed too, our group enjoyed it. We will be back if we are ever in Miami again since they just up'd difficulty level on the Pirate room

We did the Haunted Hospital and it was so fun!! They definitely know how to build the suspense and scare us well. Chris was the one that attended to us and he was great! Very helpful and sweet. The escape room itself was good, definitely had to work to get the clues figured out. All in all it was a lot of fun and I can't wait to see what other new rooms they'll come up with.

Great experience. Went with my adult kids, my husband, and our teenage daughter. Lots of laughs, team work, and a great family memory. We will definitely do the Pirates Den when we visit Fl again. Haunted Hospital and Spy were awesome!!

The rooms where very fun! I did haunted hospital and it was so awesome. Chris really kept us on our toes and also made it a good experience. Their rules are very easy to understand and the puzzles are actually difficult. Will come again to see the rest of the escape rooms! 10/10

We escaped the Pirate’s Den with a couple minutes to spare. We had a great experience at PanIQ. Diana was our host and she was amazing. Her happy attitude was contagious. We only asked for one hint but it was just what we needed to get out. The puzzles were challenging, but doable. With around 15 minutes left it seems like we weren’t going to get out, but then it all fell into place. Our team discussed it and we felt it was a difficulty level of 3-4. Next time we are in the area we will definitely check out one of their other rooms.
