I Had An amazing experience with Maria and Prime Luxury Rentals. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the yachts to choose from and very convenient when it came to any add ons changes and all the multiple questions I had. She always got back to me in a timely fashion I would recommend texting and not calling because they’re always on sail with guest. It was a true luxury experience when we set sail and having the freedom to do as we pleased for myself and my guest made us feel like it was our own boat and not just a rental ! Maria was such an amazing host always made sure we had either water or our own personal beverage! I would definitely be setting sail again with her

We rented the 75' Mangusta for a large bachelorette party and couldn't have been happier. We got a beautiful day, an AMAZING crew (one stew was working her first day and did a fabulous job, while the other stew was incredibly experienced and the perfect balance of professional/fun at the same time) and the boat itself was just dreamy - a perfect setup. We booked through Angela Urbano at PLR and had a LOT of back and forth with her up until our trip and she couldn't have been more patient and accommodating with us (most of us don't rent yachts on a regular basis ;-) Wish we could do this trip on every Miami visit. Would ONLY use PLR at this point going forward, should we be so lucky to book again!!

They provided us excellent customer service. Our captain Travis was amazing and went above & beyond. The jet ski included on our yacht made the event even better but would have been 10x better if we had two jet skis for the next time but overall recommend them.

Everything was absolutely amazing on the 51’ Galeon. Luisa was outstanding and Capt Shawn was the best. Everyone had so much fun and we definitely are talking about when we can take out the Galeon again. Luisa was very attentive in making sure everyone was having fun and responsibly. She even gave some of us who drank a little too much, some water with lime. The captain was able to provide me with a bandaid from the first aid kit when I broke my nail. Which doesn’t seem like much but when you’re on a yacht for 8hojrs, the little details truly make the difference. It was overall the best experience any of us could have asked for. It could not have been done without Angela and her team. Thank you so much.

Meeting my Prime Luxury rep Maria who was very helpful throughout my whole process .The yacht was very clean and the crew aboard the boat was just amazing. We had a family member fall off the jet ski. And one of the crew members jump in to help her. I recommend Prime Luxury Rental to anyone who looking to rent a yacht in Miami

In the booking process I asked specifically what year the vessel is & was told 2015. When we arrived at the vessel it looked quite old. The captain told me 2010. The captain of the vessel was awesome, attentive & a professional. Prime Experiences when I inquired offered a $200 coupon for a return experience. I’d have never booked an 11 year old boat for 4 hours for $2,000. Felt like a lie to me. I’d never book through Prime again.

What an amazing experience it was having Prime Luxury as our charter for my sister’s bachelorette! Maria was GREAT. She contacted me shortly after I submitted an inquiry. We were in constant communication and she answered my extensive list of questions. Booking the charter was extremely easy. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Alain helped us with bringing things on the boat prior to our charter. He is AWESOME! Rodolfo was our concierge and just like Maria, he was amazing. He speaks English and Spanish. He made sure we had a wonderful time, made us feel safe, was extremely patient taking pictures and even drove back 40mins to return a cell that was left behind.
I will definitely book with Luxury Prime again and recommend everyone to do so as well.

We rented the beautiful 58 Sea Ray .. I was celebrating my Birthday with my company team and our hosts including the Captain made sure we had the best time. They genuinely took great care of us and made me feel very special. Everything was very clean and in perfect shape. We are definitely booking again! Thank you so much!

Went to Miami in October to have our annual gathering of 10 friends and do some real fun things. One of those is a private yacht charter through Prime Luxury Rentals. This year we went bigger with a 54ft Sea Ray with jetski! What a blast! it was a perfect weather day too! This time we requested wraps and sushi platters and fresh fruit.. it was fresh and delicious! Plenty of complimentary sodas and water to go with the 3 bottles of champagne, just as advertised. Can't say enough about our captain TJ and stewardess Daysha either.. they realized right off the bat that we were a fun but respectful bunch and were eager to make our day the most amazing it could be! There was just one negative aspect that had nothing to do with the day of the rental that I should mention for the sake of anyone looking to charter with PLR in the future. This was my fourth time booking with them. the three other times payment was by credit card. Somewhere along the way I missed that this time payment was expected to be via Zelle or wire transfer or cash at the dock. I had an unexpected issue with Zelle from ONE of my 2 accounts that I was not aware of. This cause me a great deal of angst as I thought the trip might not happen! Fortunately, PLR agent Angela Urbano ("Angel" in disguise!) stuck with me the whole time to try to figure out how to work it out, even going so far as to work late after she was headed home! Big shout out to her! We'll be back again next year!

Everyone treated us as if they cared about our experience and not just another source of profit. I really loved how we were all greeted and taken care of from start to finish. My friend lost her phone inside the boat and the captain took the time to get the tools necessary to get her phone back and called us when he retrieved it. I would definitely do this all over again.
