Just to be clear, the guys on the boats were great and this review is only directed at sleazy company. We ordered the photo package, parasailing, and banana boat. The guy on the boat told me to pick up the pictures after the ride at the desk but i admittedly forgot to do that I called later that day and asked if they can send the card or email pictures but they said they only have one card and they wipe it out at the end of the day. He told me to ask for a refund. I sent a bunch of emails and only after a week of calling and emailing and telling them i would give a bad review did they respond and told me to send back the card if i want a replacement. Again, i wasn't given a card,so there was nothing to give back, also if i had the card then this wouldn't be an issue. They then insisted that i must have been given a card and lost it, i asked them to ask the guy on the boat if he gave me a card. Even for arguments sake if he did (he didnt), and i lost it, then suck it up and give your customer who spent $900 the benefit of the doubt. Is $45 worth it for you to lose future customers? If you read other reviews you will see other comments about how this person says you are lying, cmon dude. People come to Miami and spend thousands of dollars, get miked by parking fees, etc, then they are going to go through all this effort to get back a small amount of money?? I believe every single customer who complained now
