Do NOT go on a tour through this company. They don’t carry insurance on all their boats or captains. In February, 7 of us passengers were thrown off of the boat into the swamp because the captain was going way too fast. When we went to recover medical bills Etc. We found out they didn’t have coverage and now we’re stuck with high medical bills. We gave them a chance to make it right and they chose not to.

This tour was the highlight of our trip. Because of COVID, we had to book a private tour and I wasn't sure that I wanted to shell out that much money just for the two of us but boy am I glad I did! Our guide, Lorenzo, is a passionate environmentalist and incredibly knowledgeable about the all things Everglades. We were in the wet season and water was up to our knees which is just such a unique experience. We saw all kinds of plants, animals, bugs and fungi. Lorenzo was great about the natural and cultural history of the area as well, helping us understand how indigenous cultures used different plants and animals in the area. I highly recommend this tour to everyone who likes nature with a bit of adventure. I brought my 7 year old daughter and she loved every minute of it!

Ozzy was the best tour guide we could have asked for. He knew the glades like the back of his hand and gave us some awesome history factoids about the glades and Native Americans. We only saw a small gator that day, but Ozzy tried his best to show us a bigger one. Unfortunately you can’t control nature though. Although his other interactions with the natives of the glades was astonishing! ( Dont want to give it all away! ) Ozzy was down to earth, knowledgeable and incredibly nice! I recommend this for anyone that doesn’t want a touristy type air boat experience. I literally felt like I was going out with an old friend. We had an incredible time and an unforgettable experience!

The tour operators were very knowledgeable and provided an entertaining tour. Alligators and birds were the highlight. This was a true tour with few people and included stops throughout where the ecology was discussed. Truly enjoyable and one of the best tours we had on the trip.

Great time - no fluff or wasted time just 100% everglades! Glad we went this route - made it feel much more like an experience than an attraction. Very knowledgeable and experienced captain takes you where you need to be.
