We have been coming here since it opened 15 years ago. Even though they spent $500 million building the theaters with no parking, there used to be space in street level lots. They are all gone. We waited an hour to get into a garage this evening, 4 blocks from the entrance in the rain. Unfortunately we will not come here again until they resolve the parking issue. Uber is an option for getting here, but not an option for getting out. Very unfortunate that the County Commission had so little vision.

The Cleveland Orchestra in Miami is always such a treat, and the Knight Concert Hall is lovely. Booking tickets was easy and I would like to give a special mention to Marty H in the box office who answered all my queries (on a Saturday too!) promptly and courteously and couldn't have been more helpful. Marty sorted out all problems and made our visit even more enjoyable and stress-free.

The theater had an easy way to enter with several workers scanning tickets and explaining where our seats were. The seats were comfortable with plenty of leg room. The placement of the seats allowed us to see the play because the slope was great enough to not have other people’s heads in the way.

The was closed captioning and excellent sound.

The theater was beautiful.

Just came out of seeing Hamilton for the second time. This is a beautiful theater and the sound and the seats were great. However the theater is freezing cold and there aren’t enough toilets. The line during the interval for the ladies room had hundreds of people in it. Could’ve been better planned I think. Also there are no hooks on the back of the ladies room stores to hang your purse which would’ve been nice! All in all it’s a great venue, I would definitely come back here again but I can’t give it five stars for the issues I’ve already written about. Many parking options at different prices.

Went with friends to see the show. This is a lovely venue with valet parking available. Saw this play in the carnival studio theater. Small lovely venue with a great offering of plays. Prices are reasonable. Love the SUNDAY matinee

I am utterly disappointed in Arsht Center's customer service.
I am unable to reset my website password and thus not able to get to my tickets.
Despite multiple phone calls and promises, the issue has not been resolved.
There has not been any communication from the box office or corporate management despite promises to get back to me.

We used to like this place. Now they are charging a 10% ticket fee. Outrageous. Even if you go to the box office instead of buying online. So if you buy a ticket for $150, you pay a $15 fee. Ridiculous. Why don't they eliminate the fee if you go to the box office like other places do? Why don't they charge a fixed fee per ticket like other places do? This is worse than Ticketmaster's "convenience" fee that they charge you for their own convenience, not yours. From now on we are going to Broward, or to one of the many other theaters in South Florida that put on great shows without the over the top prices and added on over the top fees.

A must see theatrical performance, hilarious, it’s nonstop humor. It will definitely take you back to your Cuban roots. Make sure to rent the season, beforehand if you have never watched this sitcom..that started 40 years ago. NYC and LA has to see this😀

Had the pleasure of working with the crew and presenting a show here. The facility is top notch and the staff is excellent. This is one of the best sounding concert halls I have visited. Bravo!
