A clean, complete experience in the Everglades. Air boat ride was top notch -affordable and interesting, and of course fun! Gator show if you don't seen enough of them in the wild, plus a nice cafe/restaurant.

We stopped in for the standard airboat tour that we had purchased tickets for through Groupon. Check in was easy and we were able to get on a boat almost immediately. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable - and I was surprised how quickly they...More

We did the standard airboat tour and absolutely loved it. Got there at about 10 am before it got too busy (the weekend before Christmas) and had the whole back row of the boat to ourselves. Great tour guide, fun and interesting tour, loved riding...More

Enjoy the flying boat and the alligators feeding... the park is huge and very interesting to discover. No wifi coverage and no phone connection most of the time. Be aware... You can always ask for a taxi from the center... Don't forget to taste the...More

Rest rooms shabby and not enough booths for a bus load. Cafe very ordinary and shabby. Airboat ride was pretty uninteresting apart from the wonderful humour of our guide who should be a standup comedian. The alligators were only to be found at the trip...More

I enjoyed the Everglades tour. Our guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. Did you know that there are Alligators & Crocodiles in the Everglades? I didn't, until I went on this tour. The boat was big bottomed & could hold about 60 people. It goes a...More

Booked through Miami Tours, the rangers at the park were informative and funny. We saw many alligators. We learned about the Everglade and it’s natual inhabitants. The gator show was ok.

This trip surprised me. I was not enthusiastic about going. But the airboat ride was FUN, not just loud. The guides are all friendly and knowledgeable. The short gator show actually taught about the gators instead of wrestling them or stoking fear about them. Got...More

In the boat we used there was not access for wheelchair bound individuals. There are private and individual tours as an option. It is worth a call to inquire if they can accommodate your needs.

When I went last year they sold yellow ponchos in the shop. The boat doesn't get you wet but it was raining when we visited. They were a couple of dollars each in the gift shop.
