ZWF Miami is the only zoo in South Florida with as many animal encounters. We carry more than 20 of exotic species at our facility with many available for interactive activities involving our guests. The five acre zoo houses everything from domestic animals and primates to large predatory birds and mammals. Some of our popular selection of exotic zoo animals are Gibbon Apes, Sloths, Lemurs, owls, snakes, Anteater, Lions, Snow Leopards, and mischievous Capuchin monkeys - like those used in many movies. The Zoological Wildlife Foundation offers intimate tours and private encounters by appointment. Contact us to schedule a special tour with our exotic animals! It's an experience you will never forget. Tours must be prepaid and booked in advance in order to guarantee your desired date and time. DIRECTIONS: Please use these directions. This was our third trip over the last 5 or so years and each time we have done a different tour. This time we opted for the feline experience. Very expensive but worth the price. Got to play with a jaguar cub, leopard cub, and tiger cub each for 10-15 minutes as they were not busy the day we visited.... More

We loved being able to interact with the animals at this unique zoo. My daughter loves all animals and for her birthday, we decided to treat her to a one on one interaction with a baby leopard. She loved it! What a wonderful day we had

What a great experience. We love animals, and this had been something we had been wanting to do for some time... The staff is friendly and informative. They talked about all the animals we saw and encountered. Meeting Jefferson, the Lemur, at the end of the tour was the icing on the cake!

I went here in November To me it's just a money making petting zoo. Yes, they do donate to Wild life and conservation but not a lot compared to what they must make. They say they don't breed tiger cubs etc but they must do as this is where the real profit is to be made. I paid over 250... More

Hi, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We value our visitor's feedback and take everything into consideration. The money that is collected from tours, photos and encounters, goes towards enhancing the animal habitats and supporting a high standard of food and veterinary care. In addition, all of our cages are actually larger than the required size by law.... More

I would give this a five plus. Best cat experience we have ever done. We did the feline experience which allowed us interaction with three different feline cubs/ kittens for 15 minutes each. What a cool experience. We did a Igor cub first, so adorable and playful. The second was a serval cat. Different but still playful More house cat... More

While not inexpensive nor close to Delray Beach, it was well worth the price and one hour drive. You actually can hold or touch many of the animals! Its a walking tour by a guide who gives you detail on the facility and the history of the animals. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves animals! Our guide,... More
