Awesome classes. I've been to several and have four more that I can't wait to attend for this upcoming fall schedule. She offers fall and spring schedules (off during the summer). The classes are very detailed, elaborate and each one offers something different. I don't think any item in a recipe has been repeated, not even the rices. Each basmati... More

This was my second class with Ayesha over the past year. Each time she enlightens us with useful information about health and nutrition all the while teaching the benefits of Indian cuisine. I look forward to another wonderful class and the delicious meal that follows.

Ayesha was a great cook and wonderful entertainment for our Bachelorette Cooking party. Ayesha brought all of her cooking things to our apartment, set up, cooked, served, and cleaned all while explaining how to make the most delicious home cooked healthy Indian meal. It was a huge success with everyone even the girls who said they would not eat Indian!... More

This was the second class i take from Ayesha. The fish was easy and delicious. I made it last night and it tasted just like the class. Can't wait to try and make the curry shrimp. The class was great and the feast for lunch was even better. Will definitely take more classes. Andrea

Awesome menu, delicious food! Ayesha had everything organized and ready to cook upon arrival. She did all the cooking while 10 of us watched from chairs in her kitchen. She explained everything she was doing and offered a lot of great tips on maximizing flavors and the benefits of using fresh ingredients. Then we sat under her chickee by the... More

I've now taken about 15 of Ayesha's cooking classes and by now consider myself to have a solid understanding of many different types of Indian cuisine. When I have dinner parties I always do Indian and my guests are blown away on the flavors and tastes of each dish. Prior to taking her classes I had a couple of Madhur... More

Ayesha is the warmest, most welcoming chef! She has fun you can't help but join in! Perfect for beginners or those with lots of experience. The meal we cooked was better than any Indian food I have tasted in any restaurant!

Every time I heat up leftovers from Ayesha's recipes cooked from the night before--IF there are any leftovers--the rest of the office asks, "where'd that Indian food come from?" I am not Indian and I didn't buy the food at a restaurant! Nothing is lost in the translation of recipes from Ayesha's kitchen to my kitchen. Even my Indian grad... More
