This is a two hour walking tour through a humble but lively neighborhood, a kaleidoscope of culture, traditional customs, and vivid colors. Weave in and out of streets that mark the site of secret ritual offerings, the very location where the Bay of Pigs was planned, and the fountain of youth called Dominoe Park. Sample pure sugar cane juice from a local fruit market, the classic Cuban Sandwich at family restaurant, and watch cigar rollers follow a decades-old technique to create the finest cigars.

There is much to see, visit and try when you walk through the streets of 'Calle ocho'. There are landmarks and historical landmarks. There is also the 'Latino walk of fame' on the boulevard. Wear comfortable shoes and cool clothing. Try the juices, Cuban coffee, ice cream, the restaurants and mojitos.

Some friends and I recently did this tour. Flavia did a wonderful job explaining the history of the neighborhood as well as Cuba. We were able to stop by a Fruit Juice bar to purchase fresh fruit juice (I got Mango juice, it was delicious), a pastry shop, and other local owned business. At the end we had a traditional... More

This was literally a highlight portion of the trip. It was a group of about 12-15 women. We were in Miami for a birthday celebration. We had sooooooo much fun on this tour. The history was beautifully told and our tour guide was wonderful! I enjoyed it so much I am definitely coming back again. This was my second time... More

Absolutely incredible experience with Christine and the Art Deco company! I arranged for an Art Deco walking tour of Little Havana for late July 2016 with 15 other women, friends who came from all over the US for my 40th birthday celebration. I had looked online from California for different tours and wanted something that would provide excellent cultural immersion,... More

We did the walking food tour and got to sample 6 different food items and drinks. You really got to experience the feel of the place. It began at the Agustin Gainza art gallery where I purchased some cool items, then continued to the cigar factory, coffee window, a sit down restaurant for empanadas, the Ball and chain nightclub, the... Flavia met us at the Bay of Pigs Memorial and gave us a brief history of the Cuban migration to Miami. She then took us to some restaurants, shops, and galleries. She explained many interesting bits of local history. I had some medical issues and was limited as to how far I could walk. Flavia was very understanding about this... More

We had a free afternoon after a business conference in Miami and arranged a neighborhood walking tour for two of us. Flavia met us outside the restaurant that was also the starting point of the tour. We quickly got acquainted over a light meal and discussed neighborhood history as well as the events surrounding the Cuban migration into the area.... More

This tour was a lot of fun. Got to see all of the historic sites in Little Havana, taste the food, and meet the people that call this neighborhood home. There are a lot of things to see and do in this neighborhood. The tour lasts 3 hours, but you could easily spend all day exploring the area. Highly recommend... More

Forgot to review this back when I took the tour. Highly recommend as the tour guide was very knowledgeable about Little Havana. Great history, cigars, and food!
