My best friend and I were in Miami 10/5-10/8 for her birthday and wanted to do a different experience. After a quick Google search, we decided on Airboat in Everglades. They gave us a fair price for the two of us so we reserved the hour. Upon arrival, we met Captain Pete who was so amazing!! He’s fearless, LOVES the Everglades and the gators, is extremely knowledgeable on the entire eco system and makes the ride fun! He knows so many gators and you’ll swear they know him too!! I suggest this experience with Captain Pete for anyone going to Miami area.

I had great time, awesome ride, very nice guide through the park, with a lot of knowledge, tour guide clearly had experience and were able to do a nice tour. We saw different kinds of animals like baby alligators, alligators, birds and insects with a lot of different natural vegetation. Awesome experience! I do recommend!

It was a dream from my childhood to ride in an airboat thru the everglades. The airboat was top-notch and the guide was even better! We saw tons of birds, turtles and of course, lots of alligators. But for me, the natural scenery of the everglades was really amazing - the "river of grass". I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to connect a bit with nature and explore part of the world rarely scene - the everglades. I should also mention that "private tour" means private. It is just your group (it was just us three) and the captain and square miles after square miles of everglades. We only saw one other boat and that was at a distance. As one might say - this is not a Disney Land experience where you find hoards of people - nope - just you and the airboat and nature. A very professional run operation and they picked us up at our hotel in South Beach...all inclusive. One of the highlights of my travels!!!
