We booked System Shuttle Miami via the main lobby of The Ramada Inn at this same street address. Great service to and from the cruise port. Our driver, Carlos, was awesome. Highly recommend this shuttle service because they run like clockwork at specific times. It’s very easy to plan your arrival and departure times with them.

Juan was amazing for our shuttle from the port to the airport. The communication with Lucas was also fantastic. I had the driver's direct contact to let him know exactly where to pick us up. Very professional and beautiful car. I would highly recommend.

Came to pick up on time. Nice tour of the Everglades. Alligator show was also very good. Good, entertaining tour guide.

We took the everglades tour. It was nice getting picked up and dropped off but I was unaware the number of stops that would be made. We were the first (and last) to be picked up and dropped off. We spent essentially 5 hours of the day on the bus. Having known this, we would have just drove because the park has public parking.

Punctual, professional, and responsive! We planned a trip to for our family last minute, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience with System Shuttle! Lucas was extremely responsive, answering all my questions. We used System for rides to and from the airport, as well as the everglades tour. Miguel took care of getting our tour tickets, vests for the kids, ear protection, and stayed in the lot the entire time. Each ride was also equipped with car seats. Would definitely recommend!

Luke contacted us the day before to confirm the trip,he picked us up at the hotel,offered water and mosquito repellent to me and my wife, waited for us at the park and drive us back.
Very polite and informative, the tour was amazing , highly recommended.

Cesar was waiting for us when get to MIa with a sign , he was very polite , the van had WiFi the trip to Down Town was very smood , the day after same driver took me and my family to the everglades national Park and we had a great time . I definitely will use their service again in the future.
