Beautiful Stadium in an up-and-coming community. Many places to shop and grab a quick bite to eat. Walmart is conveniently across the street too.

The Stadium is really placed in a residential community with a few strip malls mingled in. However, Calder Casino is in a complex next door, sndbit is probably your best bet.
