We had 14 people traveling from Ft Lauderdale to Miami airport from the cruise terminal, we initially booked online and they were great! Very responsive and easy to communicate with.
The driver was right on time and even checked out terminal number for pick up, we changed terminal numbers at the last minute and they were ahead of the game.
The driver was nice, didn't speak much English but was still easy to work with.
We would definitely use them again.

They gave me an awesome experience. They picked us up on time, they were patient as I have a passenger with health needs, and they were courteous and professional wrote the entire trip. They were very flexible with the time as I also need to be picked up earlier than anticipated. They were right there!

Excellent with the first class service! Lucas at the customer service was excellent in dealing with all my requests and he went one mile extra to offer a tour in Miami. We had a prompt pick up from the airport to the hotel and Pickup early from hotel to carry all our luggage to the cruise terminal FL. Next time sure we will use same company for the transfer in Miami area. Thanks for the lovely experience.

We had the best experience on our January 2025 vacation. The service from the Miami airport to the hotel, a shopping tour, a trip to Orlando, and a return trip to Miami to return to the Miami airport. Our guide, Mr. Jose, was very friendly and knew exactly what we wanted from each destination. I 100% recommend this company. They were punctual, had reasonable prices, and were warm. We will definitely contact them again.

We had great service from Netan Tours. We came to Miami to take a family cruise, six adults and three children. We used Netan Tours to transfer from the airport to a hotel, hotel to cruise terminal, before the cruise and from the cruise terminal to airport after the cruise. Booking was easy, and they were great on getting back with questions that we had. Our driver was Jose, was on time, kept us informed as to where to meet and his status. Our flight from Austin was delayed and they monitored the flight and were there to pick us up. They provided two child’s booster seats and one car seat. Every thing went off without any problems.

Netan were punctual, the vehicle was clean and tidy and the drivers were smart and friendly. Very reliable service. They collected 4 of us from Miami Airport and transported us to the The Hilton at Fort Lauderdale. Then they collected us from the cruise terminal and transported us to South Miami Beach. I would highly recommend them.

Found the company, very professional and easy to communicate with. Excellent pick up from Miami Airport to hotel, then pick up the next day and took us to Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port. Will certainly use them again this year.

used Netan for airport pickup, cruise ship drop off and pick up after the cruise. Every single detail was spot on.
communication was great and the price was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs transportation in Miami.

My flight was delayed landing due to storms at Miami Airport. Eventually got my baggage two hours late and was amazed the driver was still waiting to take me to my hotel in Fort Lauderdale.
