An incredible theater - the feel of old Hollywood and the luxury and glamor of a bygone era. I’d drive 100 miles to see a movie here. What a gem!

There's something magical about this place. It is locally owned, comfortable, spacious, and friendly. All very generic adjectives, I know, but as a movie geek, I hit up the theater a lot, and something about Premier Oaks 10 feels like home. I like the early bird pricing, the comfortable stadium seating, and the excellent sound. Ever since I discovered this place two years ago, it's the only theater I'll attend.

We visit Melbourne Beach often on vacation and when we do we visit this movie theater. Here's what we like:
1. Competitive pricing - $4 matinees and all day Tuesday
2. Free popcorn on Wed
3. Free extras like popcorn seasoning
4. Plenty of first run movies
The theaters themselves are comfortable but I have been getting spoiled lately by the recliners at the Colonial AMC Theaters in my hometown of Lawrenceville, GA - if they had them this theater would be my favorite and a 5 star review for sure.
I still give them 4.5 stars and will continue to patronize this theater every time I am in the area

Do NOT go here on the weekends! The party upstairs was so LOUD. We heard the music and D.J. over the movie. Management said, “The party got a little loud.” Seriously. As much as we paid to go there, the attitude was ridiculous. We will NEVER be back!!!

The theater was beautiful, draped in red velvet with a truly large screen, like the good ol' days. The movie looked great on the big screen, but we did hear rumbling from the soundtracks of nearby movies.
The thing that earned them 5 stars is the service. Cindy, Bryce, and others were very helpful in trying to find my husband's lost wallet. They sent a person back with me between showings so we could search and turn on the house lights.
I can't imagine that happening at a chain theater.
This is a lovely independent theater. I am sure we will be back.

Post Covid - Great place to see a movie. It is just north of the mall off 192. There is plenty of parking in front and stores to both sides of the entrance. You can purchase your tickets on line (contact less) or at the counter. You can also purchase popcorn, drinks and snacks at the time of ticket purchase. The lobby, theaters and bathrooms were all clean and well maintained. The theaters all have high seat and appear to be stadium seating. Prices seem reasonable for any local movie – ticket - $6.42, popcorn - $7.28 and drink - $5.83. Masks are recommended but optional for movie-goers. The staff was pleasant and professional and the movie ran on time and well.

Gotta get the nachos and the reward program is the best. Kind of pricey but the fast food they serve tastes amazing.

I love movies and I like the movie experience. It is a standard configuration for a movie theater setup. You purchase your ticket and food/drinks at a single place. You proceed to the movie theater to watch your movie. The staff is professional. The theaters are kept clean. Additionally, I have been to 2 large events at this theater that were well-handled and proceeded smoothly. I highly recommend this venue for anyone wanting to see a good movie in a nice place.

Interesting set up. Purchase tickets and treat at same time. Prices lower than national chains. Kids didn’t like the popcorn, was very blah. You can add flavored toppings at no charge.

Friday afternoon 5:15pm showing of Secret Life of Pets 2
My first time here; slightly confused about purchasing movie tickets at the snack counter but figured it out. Signed up for the free movie rewards card. Good sized theater. Good ladies restroom. Decent seats rocked so not super stiff back. Looks like they serve the regular movie food & snacks with select beer & wine as well. My soft pretzel dipped in mustard & rootbeer were good after I asked to switch flat Coke for another choice.
I spent less than 20 bucks so that was a winner for a movie night out. I will definitely put that rewards card to use & hope to make for one of their Flashback Cinema Classic Movies on the Big Screen viewings of Dirty Dancing or Raiders of the Lost Ark this month
