It was a beautiful day in Marco Island so my wife and I decided to take kayaks out in the mangrove tunnels. We called Paddle Marco, though they were busy Glen was extraordinarily accommodating and met us at Capri Paddle Park, in no time we were on the water map in hand. Whether in a tour or solo the kayak is a great way to get out and see nature. I recommend booking early, especially if you are trying to book a tour, all tours were full the day we went. It’s no wonder that Paddle Marco is ranked so highly on trip advisor and other sites. Thank you Glenn and staff, this was a highlight of our vacation.

Received a notification through my Marco Review App that Marco Paddle was offering a discounted weekly rental for kayaks and paddle-boards. My college age son and girlfriend were in town visiting and I figured “why not”. So I called and was able to rent the last two paddle boards for the week (4/13-4/21). So glad I was able to get these boards for the kids, they had a great time and it gave them something to do while the beaches are closed during this awful pandemic! Glenn came by and dropped off the boards, paddles, life jackets, and waterproof bag within 40 min. of my call to my home. Great guy, very courteous and friendly. HIGHLY recommend this business for a weeks worth of kayak/paddle-board rentals!!

We rented kayaks from Glen at Paddle Marco for the week we were visiting Marco Island . From the initial phone call of arranging the drop offs of the kayaks to the confirmed pick up at the end of the week was an excellent experience . Glen is responsive , informative and very friendly . His knowledge of the waterways and changing tides was spot on . He could not have made the rental experience any easier which was greatly appreciated by our group of 10 people . He took the time to instruct us on how to safely lower the boats into the water from our dock which would have been challenging if not explained ! My only regret is that we did not have time to tour with Glen . That will be on our itinerary next visit fir certain . I highly recommend Paddle Marco to anyone interested in a kayaking experience . You will not be disappointed in the excellent service .

We had a great experience with our kayak rental out of Caxamba! Glenn was extremely helpful and gave us some great tips on where to find shells. He was also very accommodating on time and number of kayakers. It was an extremely easy process - we got out of our car, Glenn arranged our kayaks, and we were on the water within 5 minutes. We would definitely recommend Paddle Marco for anyone looking for kayak rentals. We will definitely be using then again in the future!

This was an excellent experience and one I would recommend to anyone. Glenn was our contact person and he did an excellent job accommodating six of us with three double kayaks. He gave us a map and told us where to go and where to find dolphins and sea shells and sand dollars. We saw at least five sets of dolphins with one chasing fish right between our kayaks. Of course that was the only encounter I did not have my camera ready since it happened so fast! If you go on the southern kayak route to Dickmans point go further to the “pass through” the island. That was were we saw the most dolphins. We started from Caxambas Park. Also bring a bag. If you go shelling here you will throw out all your shells from the main beach since there are so many perfect ones on the islands.

My wife and I brought our four children, aged 3 to 12 with us, and we would recommend it to any family as a fabulous experience.

We had the best tour guide you could ask for. Richard was very knowledgeable and brought fascinating insights and fun lessons into our experience. I felt like my boys got college-level biology instruction in between profesional pointers on navigating a kayak through tight mangrove tunnels, all while having a lot of fun together in an absolutely beautiful setting. Richard was tremendously patient with our widely divergent paddling capacities, and helped us have fun, learn, and become successful at a fun new skill. His temperament was perfect for our large young family.

The natural setting was gorgeous. We were fortunate to have amazing weather, and the views were beautiful and the birds we saw were spectacular.

We never felt unsafe with our 3 and 7 year-olds riding in a boat with myself and my wife each, or with letting our 10 and 12 year-olds fend for themselves in a boat together. And Richard helped them become pretty decent kayakers by the end. The water was relatively shallow the entire way, and we all wore life vests, so even tipping wouldn't have been too big of a deal.

I'd go back again next time we're in town, and I'd ask for Richard to guide us again. Many thanks for a great family trip through the mangroves!

Our family had a little reunion at Thanksgiving and Kayaking as a family was one of our biggest highlights! We can't recommend this company more highly - Richard and Gucci were our guides and made the trip magnificent! We loved that they were taking pictures of our experience and that this is included in the price. It made this experience just that much more enjoyable for all because no one had to think about getting pictures. Our guide was incredibly informative about the ecosystem and pointing out various species. LOVED EVERY MOMENT!

Paddle Marco did a great job giving first time kayakers guidance on how to paddle and the guides stayed very close to us the entire way. I appreciated someone else taking our pictures so I could focus on what I was doing and listening to the guide. Very relaxing day!

This was our second successful rental experience with Glen and Paddle Marco! Love this company!
If it’s your first time, and not sure about the quality of equipment, personal service, or any other concerns then go with Paddle Marco!! They are great, on time, bend over backwards to make you happy and feel like pro’s!!
This trip we did the shelling. They had maps, pictures of shells in case you find the “coveted” Junonia shell. Glen gave us tips on tides, currents, estimates for how long we should spend at each place, he was great!
Top quality equipment, dry bags, paddles, comfortable seats and places to stow your stuff.
Full 12 ft sit on top kayaks.
The four in our group all had fun! We will be back!
