This is a fantastic tour with a great mix of historical information and spooky stories! Martha was so entertaining and knowledgeable about Marco Island. There was some mix up with the booking of our tour, but they were more than accommodating and made sure everything worked out. We are so glad we went on this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone!

On behalf of Martha and our booking office, thank you so much for your lovely review!! Yes, Martha is the island expert on the "dark side" of Marco Island and a lover of history and artifacts. She enjoyed your family immensely and reported for the first time ever her "bag of tricks" was actually dragged across the gravel (at the Oldest Cemetery) which you all witnessed and your daughter was well like by our "peeps" at the Olde Marco Inn. Miss Megan had a hair raising or should we say hair touching experience. Congratulations Megan on your recent graduation and good luck in law school!! You are "Legally Blonde", but a heck of a lot smarter!!

Martha is quite the storyteller and historian. The tour was alot of fun and we learned alot about the area. Martha has a way of telling the history of the area and keeping your attention. We saw several orbs while on the tour. Our tour was a gift from friends. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to doing it again.

We do a ghost tour in every city. This one will probably go down as one of our favorites. We came down for a quick couple weekend and did this tour and it was the perfect date activity. I like that we traveled by vehicle to visit the sites on the tour and Martha was quite a story teller. Her and Reginald did a wonderful job. They told the stories with enthusiasm. Another great aspect was getting to access the ole Marci Inn which is not in operation. We were able to go into some rooms there and experience what may have been spirit activity. This was quite a treat and well worth the money.

I led a group of 40 Keller Williams Realtors and their friends on this very interesting unique tour. Many of us actually learned things about the history of Marco Island that we never knew before. Great when we have people new to the Island and we can tell them such interesting stories of its history. Great job Martha. I can tell you that any of the people I spoke to from our group thought it was lots of fun. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Martha really makes it interesting and fun.

Thank you Mr. Paradise!! It was our pleasure to introduce our group of realtors to what Marco Island was like prior to the beautiful beaches, exquisite homes and suntanned bodies!! Although we highly suggest leaving those stories out when you are selling a home; especially those built on top of our earliest cemetery!! Keller Williams Realtors are a fun loving group of people who love life and love where they live. I enjoyed all the different personalities; realtors and guest alike. My special thanks to the young man whom we called "James" who sat in our makeshift seat and volunteered himself for many "acting" parts within the tales. Keller Williams are a wonderful bunch of folks and would host "these lovely bunch of coconuts" anytime!! Cheers, Martha (Tour Guide)

NIce trip on a private bus. spent way too much time at Marco Museum looking at photos on the outside of the building. Not a lot of mystery here. visited one cemetary with one headstone on Inlet drive. Old Marco Inn was better but it was so hot upstairs many had to leave. Enjoyable but not impressive.

So sorry we did not meet your expectations. Your tour contained 48 persons and "yes" the tour will move slower moving from one area to another. The tour is named "Mystery and History". The outside of the museum with all the beautiful pictures showing the early pioneer days is the "history" part of the tour. It's more about the stories of early Marco than the actual murals (although they are quite lovely). Concerning the Inn; this portion has not been in operation since 1954, you are exploring the "guts" of what used to be a premier vacation destination in the late 1800's - early 1900's. The rooms are not used, hence no air conditioning. It is the equivalent of exploring through an attic. Did you not capture the orbs in your camera? Plenty of guest were amazed what came through their lens!! The headstone is basically a marker depicting the site. There are no actual marked graves. Homes are currently built at this location. The majority of the group was able to experience "our visitor" who is located in this site. Part of the charm is the learning about the cast of characters that made Marco Island what it is today!! We believe our island and all the stories connected with the sites and the glorious history behind it is impressive!! We do thank you for your comments and may have to consider catering to smaller groups in the future. The tour's charm can be lost with larger numbers. Cheers, Martha (Tour Guide from Friday)
