Went to a performance for the first time and loved it. Saw GOOD PEOPLE and the acting was excellent. There isn't a bad seat in this little jewel of a theatre.

TIP: I bought a membership to this non-profit community theatre which gives me a discount on my ticket price - that helps the theater and helps my wallet!

This past Saturday, January 11, 2020, my husband Eddie and I had the great pleasure of seeing the afternoon performance of Ghosts of the Desert.

We thoroughly enjoyed Janina Birtola's portrayal of Gertrude Bell, as a young girl and on to adulthood. The way Ms. Birtola went from a very young and naïve Ms. Bell into a well informed, intelligent, envolved young woman and into adulthood was absolutely brilliant.

Ms. Birtola's past performances of Amelia Earhart and Catherine the Great did not disappoint and Ed and I are so glad we did not miss her latest portrayal of Gertrude Bell.

Also, thoroughly enjoyable is the lunch served at the end of the play, after which the performer returns to the stage and interacts with the audience answering any of their questions.

This is a very small theater for, I think they told me about 83 patrons, so every seat in the house is good. The quality of the productions is very good, and the staff is very friendly. In fact, after going to 1 play, I already ordered tickets to 2 more shows and am bringing friends with me. It's so nice to call the theater. They are so exceptionally helpful, telling you all about all the seats, and which rows, and prices, and they describe the events. It's a pleasure dealing with such cordial friendly people, and I'm sure I will go to most, if not all of their productions this year.

Saw the Sipping Society. This is a small, intimate theater with shows performed consistently by a talented cadre of actors.

I saw all the plays this year and they were excellent! I just got a sneak peek for next season. I strongly suggest going online and booking season tickets. This is a small , very quaint theater, conveniently located in the Marco Towncenter.

We have been season ticket holders for many years. Productions are always outstanding. Just saw "Art of Murder", one of its best!

Yes, it is a small theater with only 83 seats but those 83 seats are comfortable with plenty of leg room. There is not a bad seat in the house and, of course, you are very close to the action. The ticket prices are very reasonable - we paid $25 each for aisle seats in the fourth row. Online ticket ordering is fast and easy and, if you don't have a printer, you can pick up your tickets on the night of the performance.

Most important, however, this is not amateur night. The show we saw was "The Interview," a quality drama, with a well-written script, solid direction and very impressive cast. The lead, Victor Caroli, is an old pro, best known as a voice-over/narrator for such films as "The Transformers." Caroli nailed the character of the old Jewish tailor complete with the slouch, shuffling walk and European Jewish accent. I could not take my eyes off of him.

We also liked the fact that the actors were outside the theater on the sidewalk as audience members exited the theater. The actors were happy to chat with you about the show or just accept your thanks for a wonderful theater experience. We will be back for the next show.

Loved the theater, one set throughout, every seat a good one. Born Yesterday set in 1948, not much has changed in the line of political corruption! Very disappointed that in light of recent corona virus, theater would not budge on a refund for someone who felt uncomfortable in a crowd. Requested a credit for next year, nope.

Cute show, but a little weak. Love the small venue for community theater. They are so appreciative that you attend. Maybe better material. We’ve been before and the show was better.

Every actor was wonderful in their role, as eccentric, funny, and oddly logical. As the play unfolds you wonder how does this little boutique theater attract such terrific talent, and play choices, continually!!!?!!
