We went for a sunset cruise with Captain Richard and had a fabulous time. Richard is an incredibly accomplished sailer who loves to share his passion with others. I would highly recommend Richard and his boat Serenidad!!!

We (5 people) did a sunset sail for my birthday; we enjoyed it tremendously. The boat is very comfortable and stable, Captain Richard is a proficient sailor and we had a great 2 1/2 hours sail. The time flew by!

Based on previous TripAdvisor reviews, booked a private sunset sail on the Serenidad while in Marco Island last week. Although we struggled to find some wind the sail was pleasant and relaxing - Captain Richard got my brother-in-law and I to assist him & that was fun and the weather co-operated enough so that we re able to enjoy a... My wife and I have been visiting Marco Island since 2008 and have enjoyed much of what the area has to offer. This year we decided to take sailing lessons with Capt. Hamm. Of all the things we've done together on the island this could very well be one of my favorites. Capt. Hamm made learning to sail fun, easy,... More

We were not sure what to expect sailing with our special needs son. The boat is obviously not handicap accessible and we knew that in advance. We managed to move our 65 lb son onto and off the boat with almost no difficulty and left his wheelchair on the dock secured with just a rope during the 3 hour journey.... More

We recently chartered the Serenidad for a three hour cruise and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Captain Richard was a great host; he taught us quite a bit about sailing (we're the curious kind), let my daughter and her fiancee take the helm for extended periods, and was a terrific and interesting companion. The boat ... a 41... More

Thanks Capt Richard and Mother Nature for a perfect evening on our sunset sail. The family had a great outing. The weather was perfect, the sunset was perfect, and the sailing was fantastic.

We spent a relaxing, wonderful afternoon sailing with Captain Richard on Serenidad. Very comfortable, beautiful boat, good company, gorgeous views and total relaxation!! Very reasonably priced. We highly recommend it and will look forward to sailing again next time we visit Marco Island.

Our sunset trip was a rare combination of leisure and excitement. Dolphins played beside the boat as we left port. The cares of the day drifted away as we approached the Gulf of Mexico. Capt. Richard and First Mate Dina were the perfect hosts sharing knowledge of the area. This was an exciting escape and we will go again soon.

The captain knows what he doing. The sail was smooth without any calamity when tacking. We sailed up the Florida coast towards Naples. The boat is good sized 41', but only is allowed to sail with 6 passengers. There are soft drinks and water provided. If you want an adult beverage, you can pack your own. The captain is quite...
